Newly Renovated Beautiful Oceanfront
Passi per la spiaggia e la piscina! Spaziosa unità recentemente rinnovata situata nel cuore del Summer Beach Resort sull'isola di Amelia. La magnifica distesa dell'Atlantico è la tua vista dalla cucina, sala da pranzo, zona giorno e camera matrimoniale. Inoltre, è un'unità al piano terra. Accesso immediato a tutte le attività all'aria aperta che ti attendono tra cui chilometri di spiagge tranquille e non affollate per passeggiare, nuotare, parapendio, pesca, ecc. Letteralmente a pochi passi.
Dominano i colori della spiaggia di blu, verde e sabbia. Arredi di qualità, lenzuola lussuose e comfort moderni appaiono ovunque. La cucina, l'area familiare e la sala da pranzo si aprono tutte su un patio coperto con vista sulla spiaggia.

Beautiful condo close to the boardwalk access to the beach! The outdoor furniture was comfortable so made it an additional living space. For those traveling with babies or toddlers there is a pack-n-play available. Great communication with the property manager as well.

Hurricane Debby came through while we were there. Lights and A/C blinked several times, we were not sure of its reliability so we relocated to a hotel for a night. Owner seemed to think we were overreacting to the H1 calling our observations “surprising”. My husband’s flight to come in was cancelled, but insisted we relocate. Glad we made the choice we did.
The view of the beach from the back porch is greatly obstructed by an enormous bush - a real scene spoiler. The actual beach at Amelia is hard to beat however. We met lots of friendly people as we always do when we go.

Love Love Love this condo. It was perfect for my three adult sons and our dog. The owner always responded to any messages that I sent. Great condo, very clean and just as nice as the photos that are posted. I’d definitely stay here again.

Brought my mom for a long weekend to celebrate her birthday and also retirement. It was our first time to Amelia island and we will be back for sure! The place was exactly as described, great location, quick walk to the beach! Super clean and had all the necessities. Our flight home was delayed and we were able to extend the trip, Tamila was very responsive and a great host!

This property made for a beautiful long weekend getaway for a group of women. Very easy to locate, well appointed property, and beautifully decorated. Convenient first floor walk-out access to the boardwalk down to the beach. We loved watching an afternoon storm roll in from the covered back patio. Would recommend for a relaxing, beach focused getaway!

Nice Condo Some refrigeration issues ( refrigerator doors were completely closed). Noticed that the condo grounds are not as lush as in the past. The grass very sparse in spots as if not being watered.

The condo was perfect for our annual beach week! It was stocked with everything we needed + more! Very convenient to the boardwalk. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was perfect for rainy afternoons watching movies!

This was exactly what we were looking for in a family beach vacation. The property was the perfect size for us, family of 4, 2 kids 5 and 8. The property was in a great location. We liked that it was not crowded, easy access to beach (great beach, soft sand, plenty of room) and also had a grassy area that kids could play in. Was very family friendly, lots of other families similar to ours we also staying at the property. Short drive to downtown, about 15 minutes. The owners were very responsive and helpful. They even had a nice book of their favorite things to do on the island. I honestly have nothing negative to say. Highly recommend and we are already thinking of coming back.

Perfect location, private beach, beautiful pool, great essentials and setup of place and super comfy conditions. My wife and I enjoyed the beach access with no steps to carry your beach items over. Having access to all of the Ritz property amenities, hotel pool, golf for a nominal fee was also a huge benefit and provides substantially lower green fees at the Ritz Course than if you were only a hotel guest. My only wish was for better cookware and kitchen items. We were celebrating an anniversary and were a little disappointed having to drink out of plastic wine glasses.

Overall everything was good. The biggest problem was the door locks. Very aggravating to use. And just a heads up! As we walked out to walk our dogs a snake was curled up in the corner at the door. So be very careful!

Perfect Family Getaway!
When we walked into this condo for the first time, we were met with a clean, roomy and very well decorated property. The kitchen was plentifully stocked with everything one would need to feel like they were at their own home. The Keurig coffee brewer was a nice surprise to see! Both bathrooms were beautifully remodeled and had plenty of space. We loved how everyone was so friendly. There was definitely a family and pet friendly atmosphere. This ground level property was perfect for taking our Yorkie out for a walk. The beach is just a short walk down the boardwalk. Our family of four had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning next year.

Charming Seaside Condo
This charming condo is located in a beautiful area on Fernandina Beach. It is nestled between The Ritz and The Omni, and the canopy of trees into the entrance is stunning. The condo was clean, roomy and comfortable with an ocean-themed decor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful beach rental!
My husband, Golden Retriever and I had a wonderful time here on Amelia Island. The rental was just as advertised, clean, comfortable and welcoming to us and our pup. It was well stocked with clean linens, extra towels, pillows and more. The beach was gorgeous! Communication between the property owner/manager and me was easy and made entering and exiting the condo a breeze. Wonderful location, quiet, among residential areas but close enough to the restaurants and shops in Fernandina. We loved the walking paths and green space for the dog.
