Our host was sooooo lovely. Always smiling, very welcoming and helpful. We had a family meal each evening of our stay (at an additional cost) and enjoyed home cooked Vietnamese cuisine. The accommodation is beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It’s a bit difficult to get to due to the development of the road but the views and hospitality are well worth it when you arrive. Even though one of our days it rained and the fog blocked the views, it was just lovely to chill out at the Homestay. Would definitely recommend this Homestay -we spent a night in SaPa town before going back to Hanoi and preferred staying in the mountains than the town.

Nothing! Everything was great.

It is a really quiet place with good views of the rice feels. The guesthouse is really clean and the bathrooms were unpolluted. Hot shower but you have to be quick as it will be finished so soon. Pancakes with fresh bananas and coffee for breakfast included in the price. Staff is nice, they help us with getting a moto taxi to get their place (but we had to pay it).

The WORST thing is that it is a VERY COLD place, we needed to sleep with 3 big blanket to get warm and it wasn’t enough, impossible to be in the common areas and it was really but really cold (they don’t make fire or anything to keep their guest warm). Another bad thing is that you won’t have different options for breakfast so you can have just 3 thin pancakes with 2 fresh bananas, after that we were still hungry. This place is 10km away from Sa Pa city (where your bus will drop you off) and you will have to pay 80.000 VND for a taxi motorbike or 200.000 VND for taxi to get this place and same price for coming back to Sa Pa, so if you have just few days it won’t worth it.
