I found Nicole to be extremely hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Overall our stay was awesome & I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful apartments that were tastefully decorated. Spotlessly clean and well stocked, tea, coffee, dishwasher tabs, washing machine detergent etc. Amazing views across the city and a 10 minute walk to The Deck for a cocktail. Booked both apartments for Graduation, taxi ride to City Hall £24 for 6 people. Would highly recommend for a stay in Penarth or Cardiff!

I forgot to ask about a lift but our elderly folks just about managed to the third floor. Was a bit unsure about sending a photo of my CC to hold for damages. Never been asked before to do this and travelled extensively with Booking.com

This is a lovely apartment. It has great views over the bay into cardiff and the bay. the beds were comfy and the bathrooms were modern. Parking outside. Good info on local restaurants and local taxi service.

There is nothing to dislike, it is a bit expensive in comparison to others given it is not in the city but we felt it was worth it in the end with free parking and good local taxis.

Excellent Communication, wonderful place, we have a beautiful house and loved this place configuration. Everything was there as needed.

Our host Ruth was very friendly and provided an excellent service. She was very informative regarding the area, parking walks, places to eat etc. The apartment was well equipped and was very clean. The kettle didn't work and Ruth went out immediately to buy a new replacement :)

No hand soap in en suite bathroom. Otherwise all good.

It was spotlessly clean, it had a balcony where we could sit out, nice view of the bay, great kitchen and facilities for food preparation, lovely lounge with big flatscreen TV, 2 good size bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and also a separate bathroom - so very spacious/roomy. The bed was super comfortable. Great location, no noise, parking space and great communications with the property owner. She was most helpful and accommodating.

The apartment was ok nice decor. It was clean until we saw how the bedding was being washed. Nice view of harbour from the back bedroom window, if you fancy sitting on the bed all day, to take in the views.

Where do I start with this apartment, firstly be aware when booking, the photos you see are of two apartments. We stayed in the standard apartment number 25 on the second floor. The sofa is very uncomfortable and you can only fit two people on it. The balcony doesn’t look over the harbour it looks over a carpark, burger trailer and other apartments which are mainly occupied by people who live there. If you would like a holiday on a shameless estate then this is definitely for you, but we were far from happy with this accommodation. From the start it was awful, but Ruth the owner didn’t care we were unhappy, even after sharing videos and photos. She was only interested in going on her abroad holiday. Ruth comes across very nice until you have any complaints, then she has the worst customer service I have ever seen. She told us to leave our key with the cleaner on the ground floor when we checked out. Well the first day the cleaner washed the previous people’s bedding and towels in her washing machine and put them out to dry on the communal stair case hand rails ( E. coli and COVID spring to mind ), then she put up a clothes horse in the entrance of the building with more laundry to dry, and to our horror her puppy had taken a poo just under the clothes horse. We then witnessed a domestic dispute, screaming and slamming doors. We informed Ruth of what had gone on, and her reply was it is out of her control what happens outside the apartment! She also said the laundry was not from her apartment but it 100% was, because it was the same bedding we had, and the same peach towels! (no fake tan allowed) only staying for 6 nights because the burger trailer owners decided to Jet wash their trailer at 11.30pm until the early hours making a racket, swearing, smoking cannabis and feral kids.We had see enough and came home. Be aware you pay Ruth direct and she also want a photo of your credit card and 3 digits as a security bond. If you don't she won't give you the keys.

Very clean apartment, tastefully decorated with comfortable bedding and furniture and great views if Cardiff bay. Accessible location with sainsburys and co-op within walking distance. The check-in was very quick and easy as well and the owner left little welcome items (a bottle of white wine and biscuits)!. Would stay again and definitely recommend!

Lovely Apartment very clean,spacious, well equipped and perfect location. Spent 7 nights here with my husband and 2 girls was met on arrival by a very nice lady who gave us a few tips on places to visit some very nice places to eat and drink within a short walk and so much to do we were lucky with the weather and spent most of the time on the lovely beaches. The apartment has everything you could need proper home from home.
