I booked room on booking.com i called them they said room is available . When I reached to the hotel . They created Unnecessary drama like we have no room available. Totly worst experienced

Bathroom is so small. Bath Shower is not working properly. Blankets are not clean.

I have stayed in many hotels where I have found a family like atmosphere where the staff is cooperative.

The room showed in the pictures are different from the one given to us and when asked for same rooms which are on pictures they ask for additonal money to stay on ground floor and said these rooms are expensive and the pictures are old They should change rates on booking.com or the room pictures . The rooms offered on the first floor are too small and it only has bed space..
