Struttura pulita ed accogliente con tutti i comfort necessari. La signora è stata di una gentilezza unica nell'accoglienza, dandoci delle indicazioni preziose per poter visitare al meglio Matera.

La habitación era muy cómoda, todos los servicios, nos recibieron muy amable incluso antes de tiempo. Y de cortesía un café con crosant muy bueno. Sin duda volvería a este lugar y lo recomiendo.

La ubicación no es tan cercana pero si vas con auto está perfecto.

Very nice and cozy room! Great beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have parking area on the street and navigate to the old city parking is very easy.

Great to visit matera. The room is huge and everything is modern. They even had a crib for my baby and it looked so comfy! The shower was great and had good amenities and towels! The staff was very friendly and explained everything to have a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay there again!

The breakfast was not what expected and the room wasn't as comfortable. If we didn't have a car I wouldn't choose that location.

We are a couple from France staying in middle August 2021. We were staying for 2 nights because we forget to rent something else in the end of our trip on South Italia... at the middle of August in this area, it has been complicated for the same day. So we found Sassi Matera Rooms for affordable price, and it was very good! Room were spacious enough, we got breakfast every morning at our door, and the room was especially very very clean! Owners were very nice, they explain us everything we had to know! Grazie mille da Ricciardo Cocciante!

None, except maybe distance with old town. There is about 20 minutes from walking, and it could be hard with children. We were driving a car so it made it easy but if you hadn't, be careful!

Our room was big, with nice bathroom, balcony, very clean. The owner was always helpful for giving tips to visit the city. Breakfast was nice, in a bar nearby, except on sundays when it is closed and they provided us with a full set of packed sweets, juices and taralli.

The room should have included a large double bed but instead it consisted of two single beds put together. The location is quite far (2 km) and in order to reach Matera city center you'll always need to use the car
