The apartment suited our needs perfectly. We were 2 couples plus 4 friends, and there are 2 bedrooms for 2 people each plus 1 bedroom for 4 people. The location is great, ski-in ski-out! fully equipped kitchen, large balcony, desk in each bedroom.

Only one bathroom and unfortunately the hot water doesn‘t last if many people take a shower after each other. Balcony door in living room needs to be repaired.

Spacious comfy apartment with nice mountain views from living room. Great ski depot and access to slopes Good WiFi Well equipped for self catering (but do shop at Carrefour in Tbilisi Mall as local supermarket is very limited)

Thin curtains Proper bath mat / hand towels would be nice A toaster would be a useful addition in the kitchen Be aware of Noisy local dogs at night - beyond owners control though

We got in touch with the owner beforehand via messengers and then we didn’t hear from him till the last evening! Perfect accommodation for those who came to have good time on the mountain :) on the 1st floor there is the best restaurant in Gudauri. The apartment is very warm and has a great view.

There was no toilet paper :)
