Overall its a good value for money. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had good location with direct access to Metro station and shopping mall. Good breakfast, comfortable facilities and a nice view.

The hotel room did not have bath robe, and it was not the cleanest.

Opposite windows are too close. You can see the people from other building, and they can see you. Need to keep curtains closed all the time. Lobby could be bigger and open spaced .

Great value, great location.

Everything was fine. Location, cleanliness, comfort, staff was great. The room was like a 4 star even it's rated a 3 star.

There was no minibar or fridge in the room.

Generally, it was a pleasant stay.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Heads-up to the cleaner in Dining area when she found out a patron smoked discreetly and threw the cigarette butt in a cup, she immediately alerted the Manager about the incident. Unfortunately, the Manager did not take action. Shame on him.

I did not enjoy the walk with heavy luggage upon arriving as the hotel's entrance is not by the roadside. There is no entrance at all to be fair. I did not like the rooms being stained with cigarette smell despite bunking in non-smoking room.

Good location

Above a big mall where you can find everything. Next to the metro station with a direct connection to the high speed rail station. Free parking.

The entrance to the elevators is a bit dark and shady and smells cigarette smoke.

Good breakfast and nice staff. Everything clean and smooth. Check in was very quick

When I visit Foshan again, I will stay at this hotel.

I was greeted nicely. Quick check in. Manager spoke English and was very kind. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very good. Good breakfast! It was a mixture of Chinese and western choices. Staff at the buffet was very friendly and helpful. The service level was higher than I would normally expect at a Holiday Inn. It was a great location for shopping and different restaurants. Two malls close by. One was literally next door.

Friendly and helpful staff. facility is clean and modern.

Coffee was very good but the coffee machine should be replaced with a professional one, so there is less waiting time...
