The place is just a few minutes away from the jeepney terminal in San Fernando, where you can take a ride to the beaches in San Juan and other nearby attractions. The unit is also very clean and spacious, with a complete kitchen so we were able to cook our meals. There's air conditioning in the living area and the bedrooms, and the property managers were kind enough to provide us with extra beddings and drinking water.

The stove was a little tricky to work -- the burners have no low setting.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Aircon is exceptional considering the hot summer season. Thank you for making our 4day stay very comfortable specially for my kids.

Unstable wifi and narrow street.

Everything was fine. The parking was great, but one of us has to step out and open the gate because there's no security guard in charge. Not a big deal thou we are safe and secured when we were there. The room is like a home away from home. Superb, neat and tidy in its low cost.

The signage is not visible on the main road. I think it would better if you'll make it a bit bigger. And if it's evening time signage should have a light to make it visible.

The unit is clean. AC is available in all rooms and living room. There's hot shower, wifi is reliable and staff is helpful.

The inner road leading to location is narrow. Technically it's a one way road.

Oh the full free amenities, the big room, the huge parking space, the staff, the safetiness, its a nice home away from home. Will definitely go back from time to time.

Place cannot be reach yet by food panda delivery, and a bit worrisome yung daan if me makasalubong since one way lang though so far no problem pa naman during my stay.

Gregorio Homes was the perfect place of stay for me. It was very quiet, tidy and clean. Transportation like tricycle can be easily obtained from the main road which is only a very short walk. The facilities were complete even with a complete kitchen. What made this place more memorable for me and my wife was Aunt Charito and her niece Jenny who maintained this place very well. They were very hospitable and were always there to help when needed. Overall my stay was very good and would certainly recommend this place to others. For sure, I am coming back ! Well done Gregorio Homes and Aunt Charito.

Nearest beach (Bauang Beach, ~650 meters) is walking distance, but need to cross main road to reach; alley from main road to accommodation is too narrow and can't really see if any other vehicles are approaching, especially at night.
