Lo mejorr del apartamento es la ubicacion! A 10/15 minutos de todo. Muy luminoso y acogedor para dos personas. recomendable 100%

L'emplacement de l'appartement, la propreté, la taille des chambres et les équipements de logement.

L'absence de parking, manque de place dans la pièce principale et mauvaise isolation phonique ( mais c'est le cas dans tous les appartements). Les photos laissent imaginer un logement plus spacieux.

Quasi niente. Forse il bagno senza riscaldamento e l'attribuzione dell'appartamento (tutto per via telematica) non così... immediata da capire. Ma il tutto è stato risolto con una semplice telefonata.

El tema de kiosko digital para acceder, si es la primera vez que lo usas, no es sencillo. Requiere un tiempo por si vais con prisas. Por lo demás todo bien. Tenían bomba de calor más radiador eléctrico adicional. Echamos en falta al principio una manta porque la habitación estaba fría. Una vez que la habitación se calentó dormimos bastante bien. Los apartamentos 01 y 02 están al pie de la calle por lo que escucharéis los coches que pasan. Tenían infusiones, galletas de soda y mermelada para desayunar. El sistema de check out también lo hicimos con un QR.

Faltaría un poco de café. En Portugal es riquísimo.

Odore forte proveniente dal bagno. Segnalato immediatamente all'arrivo ma problema assolutamente trascurato per 2 notti, grave peccato per le potenzialità della stanza

Getting into the apartment was a struggle. Hard to get code and when inside needed to sign everyone in with passports. If traveling with lots of people it is a lot

The apartment is at central location. 30 minutes by the airport by public transport. 5 minutes from the tram 28 terminal station (befote 8:30am the queue is endurable max 20 minutes). Castelo St Jorge is 15 minutes walkman where you have a fantastic view to Lisboa. The apartment is very clean. Cleaning lady is coming on a daily basis. Temperature on the rooms are really good due to the air and the air conditioners. There is a calm terrasse where you can have your breakfast.

Late evening and early morning party animals are creating some noise but moves off quickly.

first of all , the photos were not to this hotel , appartments 01 . Its not comfort appartment . beds was not comfortable .

Stamping people in the apartment above all night long every night and the suvagge smells from the bath room

Toilet shower drainage water is not draining properly and there is no exhaust fan in the toilet The stairs are not comfortable with very old building

Great location and well appointed. Very large room and good value. Love the automated check in system. We highly recommend Gosta do Castelo restaurant.

Note it is a ground floor unit with people walking by close to the doors on the sidewalk. Doors were very secure and even had locking shutters.

Well equipped, basic apartment in a good location Was also relatively clean and comfortable. Good value for money.

Very Noisy- we had direct street access and the noise of pedestrians as well as the noise from upstairs was at times unbearable (every time someone walked upstairs, it was incredibly noisy). The main entrance door was also super noisy when slammed shut multiple times each night. We also had multiple people try and access our apartment (they were confused as to where the front door was) so better signage might be necessary There was also a slight sewerage smell in our bathroom, which seems quite common after reading other reviews.

Nothing went well. Couldn't access the apartment entry. Tried calling number NO REPLY. Finally we left and went and ate. Upon returning still couldn't get in. Finally the cleaning lady let us in.

None responsive. Apartment smaller than advertised. AIR CONDITONER DID NOT WORK.

The location was excellent. It's really a very comfortable apartment with all the amenities that you could want. Cute little balcony for morning tea. The bathroom was very nice.

There was nothing not to like .

Very compact, nice kitchen with all amenities, comfortable mattress. Near to excellent restaurants and brunch places.

Not enough toilet paper! Would be better to leave two rolls in the cupboard.

Location and amenities were excellent. Was able to cook breakfast in the kitchenette. Close walk to main attractions and Tram 28. Easy escalators up to the apartment rare in Lisbon

Street level room, maybe if I was in the actual apartments it would have been less noisy. Noise from parties and people walking along street. Would avoid during high tourist season as the noise is a lot.
