De ruimte in het appartement

Er was geen vaatwasser, de deur op de binnenplaats kon moeilijk worden gesloten en de bedden zijn aan vervanging toe.

Es muy amplio, cómodo y su ubicación para ir a la Ciudad de las Artes y las ciencias, el puerto o la playa son excelentes. Ademas, el aparcamiento privado es un gran punto a favor.

Solo un poco de ruido que hace el camión de la basura por la noche que los contenedores están en frente

Clean, good location

The apartment was very clean and had everything we need so far, they provide wash clothes and wash dishes detergent also coffee caps which was amazing, we were satisfied. Thanks a lot!

The building entrance itself is quite hard to find (recommend more instructions), parking is very small and narrow so if you rent a big car you might find it more difficult to parking. The garbage outside the building smell so bad, there is a rent bike very close which facilitate if you want to ride the city and drop it off close to where you stay. After all we had a great time.

Location and the aunt are the best of it

The bed’s terribly uncomfortable, the shower either burns or is cold, a street light way too close to the window to sleep with it open unless you’re used to it, the parking spot is quite tricky

Great large apartment with great facilities

The aircon didn't work so it was little cold in the evenings.
