Breakfast was great as we're the facilties in the room. Found the hotel nice and quiet although it was full for the gig.

We didn't like the fact that the hotel was so far away from Wembley Stadium.I realise this is no fault of the hotel but maybe there could have been some transport such as minibus or taxis on hand to take people to the stadium , we left a taxi waiting outside while we checked in.

L’hôtel est très joli, très propre ! Le personnel très accueillant et souriant ! Le petit déjeuner est tres bon avec du choix ! Bien qu’il soit près de la route, il est très bien insonorisé ! L’hôtel est vraiment tout près du métro !

-L emplacement est génial!A moins de 5 min à pied du métro park Royal qui vous emene au centre de Londres en une trentaine de minutes. Il y a aussi une zone de resto variés tout près on y a ete tout les jours à moins de 10min à pied. A la sortie du métro il y a également sur la gauche un petit supermarché et un épicier. A une vingtaine de min en bus, il y a une zone avec plein de magasin,(east qque chose) H et m, Primark, tk max,macdo, etc.. Vous trouverez votre bonheur ! -Hotel très propre, personnel souriant, chambre spacieuse, Un grand merci à Emmanuelle qui parlait français et nous a aidé à nous faire comprendre quand notre niveau d anglais ne suffisait pas 😉 Nous reviendrons !

Petit déjeuner peu de choix, c est dommage pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. . Omelette en supplément par exemple... Attention lorsque vous prenez le programme de réduction de ménage, ils ne passent pas du tout dans la chambre même pour vider les poubelles ! Ce sera qu à partir du 4eme jour !

The location

Habitación con cama cómoda y sofá cama para dos niños adecuada. Limpieza total con cambio de toallas y albornoces diaria. Muy buen desayuno e inmejorable servicio al cliente. Al lado, literalmente, de la boca de metro de Park Royal, pese a la distancia al centro la línea Picadilly facilita muy mucho hacer turismo por los principales enclaves de la ciudad.

No hay apenas lugares alrededor del hotel donde tomar algo, pero tampoco se echa de menos.

Good location

The room is really weird, constant flashing led on the fire alarm above the bed was very dull and flashy. The lighting controls are a joke, like something from the 80’s… Also no door on the toilet !? I know I’m British but do I really need to hear my partner pooing ?

The staff were very friendly. Especially Michael and Jann were really cordial. The location is really convenient. All facilities were top class.

Most of the Asian Travellers would prefer to have a shataff in the Bathroom. Nothing else to complain.

The room was clean and comfortable. We came to London for sight seeing , the hotel was a bit too far about 1 hr with tube to central london. I am only saying cause I was travelling with two teenagers and toddler so a bit of travelling fatigue. I am sure if it was going to be fine just grown adults it would have been ok. It is definaltey good value for money. I think it might be because is a bit out of central as the the hotels in central london charged the same amount per night whereas I paid for two night with 3 children. Hotel not crowded at all. Breakfast fresh and well orga
