Lovely and quiet! Nice breakfast with lots of options.

Leg room in en-suite was a little tight for me (6ft 2”) but still room.

Die Lage des Hotels war toll, einige Gehminuten Bushaltestelle und etwas weiter (ca 7 Minuten) U-Bahn Station. Gute Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, guter Kaffee, Müsli, Eier und Schinken,.... perfekt.

Getting into the car park is tricky.

Clean, quiet, comfortable adequately-sized rooms. The BEST, nicest and most capable staff. And a delicious "proper English" breakfast buffet. All this licated in the delightful Chiswick area... Hard to best

Nothing at all

Never stay here! It's awful. I had a bed in a cupboard as a room and I was sleeping next to the toilet. Paid £170 for this!!!! Absolutely unacceptable!!!

Smallest, dirtiest, most derelict room I've ever stayed in over 30 years of staying in hotels. No way it's 3 star! Paid 4 star prices for a bed in a cupboard with a toilet next to your face 😱 this is shocking in the worse way possible. Looks really big in the photos!!!!

Spacious, comfortable rooms. Great array for breakfast. Perfectly placed. There are lots of options for food within walking distance. The underground is nearby.

The location is everything for this property. It’s located right off Chiswick high street, close to loads of shops and restaurants and only about 10min walk to the tube. The parking was also fantastic, secure and reasonably priced given the location. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.

The carpet in the room was filthy and the bathroom was dingy and not spotless. I wouldn’t walk around barefoot in the room.

Lovely rooms, cosy higgledy piggledy hotel. wonderful staff and beautifully cooked breakfast. The breakfast items were all cooked so well, including seasoning, cream in the scrambled eggs, herbs on the mushrooms… really impressive for the price.
