If you think plush cannot co-exist with environmentally friendly, you may want to visit Ibnii resorts in Coorg. A lush green eco-friendly resort nestled in the middle of large fig trees, beautiful tea plantations and clean water bodies, this place has something in it for everyone. They’ve made a conscious effort to reduce wastage by charging the customer for any wasted food. They add no sugar, artificial preservatives or colouring to their food; instead, each meal is prepared fresh and their produce is sourced locally. Everyone in our family licked our plates clean because the food was lip-smackingly good. The cottages have their own private pool and jacuzzi, letting families have a cozy time with no prying eyes. Their baking class was a super fun activity with the chef teaching my daughter and I some cool tricks to making beautiful-designed cookies using just a fork! This was probably one of the best holidays my family and I have had, and to think peace is just a four-hour drive away from Bangalore makes my heart sing!

The property amidst the plantation is serene and beautiful . The staff very hospitable and happy to help . The food and meals was excellent . Had a great stay !

We had a wonderful experience staying in IBNII’s private pool villa. We were welcomed at the resort with a zesty coffee, for which I really want to visit again. Every member of staff we encountered from the check-in to the cleaning staff was delightful and accommodating. The rooms were spacious & kept clean. The pool was clean, the water quality was excellent. The food was delicious & the service was excellent. Felt they have maintained the quality by choosing spices without additives. We had an effortless login to Wi-Fi connection throughout.

A heavenly stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. The pool villa we stayed in was fantastic, comfortable, spacious, private, and peaceful. The grounds are very beautiful, we really enjoyed walking around and exploring. Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and they were very helpful in accommodating my special dietary needs. The spa facilities are great. We didn't want to leave.

Breakfast was a decent spread. Location not so approachable. No facilities to move outside the resort to explore COORG. Felt confined to the room. Poor lighting

Though I believe in the concept of no wastage of food , the staff at the restaurant took it to extreme levels by not ensuring refill in the buffet spread which was very disappointing. I expected much more from this place but don’t think I would recommend a stay here . The spa staff was unprepared for my appointment which was pre-scheduled. Aircon was not working & the therapist was struggling with the air cooler. I was given a bathrobe for a foot massage. The therapist was not at fault but the services are extremely high priced. For the money I paid I could go for a foot massage twice in Mumbai. On the day of my checkout the power went off and the buggy driver drove with one hand while holding a torch in the other hand. Highly UNSAFE.

The food options are pretty limited with only one restaurant operating. A property this size should atleast have 2-3 restaurants running at the same time to provide options. Pool heating should be manual to allow guest to select the temperature best suited and can be regulated as per need.

The food was ridiculous. We suffered food poisoning and they use left over food from afternoon to prepare dinner. Stay was good. Swimming pools are not temperature controlled so there is no point in paying for it as one cannot use it in winters. House keeping opened the door in our absence which is not acceptable. They need to inform us or do it when we are inside the room.
