Nice venue and great location, just 5 minutes by foot from the town centre. Comfortable room with air conditioning. The staff were absolutely amazing. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm back in Montepulciano

Everything was fantastic. I especially liked the care and attention given by Alessandra, my delightful host. She was very generous and friendly and was ready on hand for anything that was needed. The breakfast was also very delicious and plentiful and the location was very close to the old town in a beautiful Enoteca.

The staff are super accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, the location was great, view out the window beautiful, there's a minifridge in the room, towels are provided. Thr lady even gave me a packed breakfast the day before I left as I was leaving super early. Would recommend!

A lovely and clean place with a beautiful wine celler for breakfast and Dinner.

View from the room was superb, nice, lovely. Also it was great that breakfast had not only sweets (like a typical italian style) but also salami, cheese, eggs. Location was perfect for sightseeing of Montepulciano, only few minutes walk from city center.

We had some issues with using the heating but maybe that was only an issue on our side. Also it was very unique that the shower, toilet was basically in one space, only a shower curtain separated them from each other.

Spacious room in a nice location with good parking space. The breakfast was also good. I had a good experience.

Located just outside the city walls means you can park your car and unload with ease. As it is a wine cellar, it has an amazing atmosphere, especially when you get down for a superb breakfast. It’s 5 mins walking distance to the old town, which is one of the nicest to visit in the area. Views from the room are stunning. Tuscany on the palm of your hand!

Breakfast was very special with local and traditional food staples. The room had a nice view and was large, high ceiling, spacious bathroom and comfy bed

Extraordinary friendliness of employees or owners. The breakfast is delicious, the entire experience is completed by the wine cellar. I felt fantastic and will definitely be back.

Excellent location with easy parking. It's 20-30 min drive to Pienza, the zigzag road, and many more! As the family owns a cellar/restaurant next door, dining is super easy (guests get 10% discount). The free breakfast was very generous. I had more than enough food!! When I was wrapping up, the staff still came asking me if I'd like some more food haha. The sunrise view from the room is amazing.

Awful mattress. Very old room with old furniture. Definitely did not look like what I expected. Paid $100 euro for the night and really feel like it should have been worth $50 per night. For covers, only sheet and old used satin bedspread. No extra blanket. Lots of stairs to get up to the place. No elevator.

The staff at both the store and the restaurant were very courteous and welcoming. The food and wine at the restaurantn were delicious and reasonably priced.

There was a bit of confusion when we arrived as the person who checked us in did not have us on her list of expected guests. After traveling all day, this was slightly alarming. Fortunately she called someone and it was straightened out. The room itself was a decent size but the walls must be very thin as we could easily hear our neighbors engaged in conversation at a normal volume. Our booking included breakfast and dinner. There seemed to be a lack of coordination between the booking personnel and the restaurant, as the restaurant didn't have a record of our pre-paid dinner plan. We worked it out but it was somewhat clunky. I think they should represent the pre-paid dinner "plan" as something like a nightly credit that guests can apply to their dinner in a clear, unambiguous way. It ultimately worked out this way, but it involved several conversations with the restaurant staff, who were very reasonable and accommodating.
