Fantastic location. Lovely view of the sea front. Close to all amenities. A few minutes drive from Morrison's Seaburn where you can park for 3 hours for free. Seaburn has lots of places to eat and drink and a couple of amusement arcades.
We had a lovely meal at the Promenade pub. Good freshly prepared home cooked comfort food.
A sign on the back of the property would be helpful as not obvious from the back which properly it is.
Type in Ravine Terrace on the sat nav makes it easier to find.
Turn right at the gates and the property is the one on the right with the tall tree by the door.

Location is great situated on the seafront ten minutes from city centre and the Stadium of Light.
Property had great views
There was a deposit required which wasn’t told at booking stage and also took nearly two weeks to get back.

This was our second stay here, the view is amazing and is great value for money. The apartment has plenty of space and has had some improvements made since last time such as a new tv kitchen equipment.
The bed was a little hard.

Excellent location. Great views out to sea.
Double bed mattress was very uncomfortable. Felt like the springs had gone on one side! No welcome pack. Tea, coffee and sugar containers were empty, but not cleaned out. Windows need some TLC. I opened one for the view and thought it was going to fall off it's hinges!

The view was the highlight with lovely windows to look out onto! The open plan was so nice and made it feel very spacious.

The view was amazing being able to open the windows and look out onto the beach. The apartment was great value for money and comfortable.

Fantastic location. Large comfy flat. Very attentive host.
Kitchen and living room needed a deep clean. Old stained pillows. Carpet stained, the whole place is in need of TLC.

A really nice apartment in an excellent location at a very competitive rate Over looking the sea right on the sea front. Everything you need is in the apartment. Kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, swanky bathroom, two decent sized comfortable bedrooms and a massive dining, living room
We booked for one night and liked it so much we contacted the owner to see if we could stay an extra night. As it was available he sorted it no problem. You really need a full day to fully benefit this flat.

The TV let the place down . We were there for work at the end of the day we were tired could not be bothered to mess about to get this to work tune in so we give bothering to try however the property served its purpose for work needs .
