Mattress room size location false room description one cramped small room not studio as advertised did not stay five minutes and would like my 2 weeks money back as I stayed at another location paying an additional 700 pounds should be taken off website under trade description act

Absolutely nothing was not comfortable

Room was very poor not as advertised looked like homeless people staying there tv was very small not even a mirror in bathroom for shaving etc wasn't happy

Was close to the city centre

Room was dirty, bad smell from the toilet, holes in walls, marks all over skirtings bad paintwork, flooring missing in parts, holes in radiator cover, panels around shower fell off, shower tray filled up within two minutes of having a shower and was flooding the floor, Tried to check out after the first night after booking for four but neither the property or yourselves done anything about it after the complaint, so doubt I will be booking through yourselves again .BAD SERVICE

Unable to use the TV during our visit, So kind of WiFi interface with the TV, Wasted an hour trying to get it to work and gave up.

it was upstairs when told there was only four steps as I have a disabled husband it was way to small no staff at all no one would answer the phone the tv did not work the lady next door was constantly knocking on my room asking to borrow money cigarettes she was very loud slamming doors having arguments she was put the washing machine on past midnight
