There was a fan in the wardrobe if needed.
Bed was very comfortable.
Bedroom and bathroom were clean and tidy.
Room had tea and coffee making facilities and nice to have a cookie left as well.
Shower was clean and user friendly. I am always grateful when the shower hose is not fixed!
The toilet seat moved to one side.
No one at reception to meet & greet, had to ring a mobile number to get someone to check me in.
Breakfast was too early 0730 to 0830 on weekdays. Had it been available later (say to 09:30) I would have pre-ordered it.

Breakfast good and plenty choice, lovely big bed and very comfortable room. Very clean .
As a person with a disability the shower was small and difficult for me to use. The toilet was in close proximity to the shower so was not able to sit straight on to the toilet so had to sit sideways and no grab rails to assist with security. I don't comment as a negative as I'm sure the owners would have changed it if the could, but all showers were the same.

Great location within sight of the sea but set back a little way back from the coast road so there was very little traffic noise. The room was very comfortable and clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very good. A very good stay.

Great location, only minutes from the seafront.
Lovely room with a huge bed
Fantastic choice for breakfast - just make sure you book for each day that you're there as otherwise you're not catered for. The owner was very apologetic about this and sorted us out
The bathroom layout confused us as the mirror was above the toilet and we kept hitting our knees when we did need to use the toilet.

Lovely hotel, staff were extremely helpful and friendly and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.
Bathroom was a bit small and compact.

A warm welcome from the manager, who upgraded my room. The bed was very comfortable and facilities were good. I was doing a duathlon, and the start was only 2 minutes away - excellent! There were a good range of food establishments within easy walking distance.

We loved everything about our stay! The owner was amazing and so welcoming! She made us feel like we were at home. It is one of the best experiences we have had staying in a B&B.

We had a great experience at the Lemonfield Hotel. The location is very convenient with ample parking at the premises. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The owners are very welcoming and courteous. We had a minor issue in the bathroom and the owners kindly offered us a free upgrade to one of their deluxe rooms with sea view. Overall, very pleasing and satisfying experience. This place is highly recommended and we will be happy to go back.

The best part was the view and cleanliness. Unfortunately, there are many surprises. For example, requesting as a deposit to enter a credit card with numbers into the computer of the person checking in and explaining that it is normal in England. In addition, restrictions at every step and the end of the hotel day at 10.00. 9.50 the cleaning person goes to the room and apologizes that I didn't know ... The lady in the service is nice but above all she explains the system.

Nice little hotel,nice and tidy.staff are very friendly.only negative thing I'd say was the breakfast was massively over priced.but had off to the chef it was a nice breakfast

I loved how kind the woman who owned if was, she was so thoughtful and really cared about us. It was very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious too.

The breakfast was cooked well. The room was clean. The shower/toilet was clean and big. The shower flowed very well. Parking is free. There are restaurants very close to the hotel.
The room does not have a proper table and chair for writing or for placing a laptop. The breakfast period is short. The check-out time is early

The waited for us until midnight, we had a problem with the trains because there was a strike and we had to change the time of our check in, and they waited for us.
Everything ok just the time for the breakfast, it finishes too early in the morning.
