Modern lake home steps from the water in a quiet cove.
Ci piacerebbe condividere la nostra bella casa sul lungolago con te e la tua famiglia. Questa è una casa spaziosa con quattro camere da letto complete e una camera a castello in più per i bambini. La proprietà può ospitare comodamente 11. La struttura offre due ampie zone soggiorno, una con camino e l'altra con un enorme divano per guardare film e un tavolo da gioco. C'è anche una cucina ristrutturata che cammina direttamente a un patio proiettato con una bella vista dell'acqua. This house has it all. Plenty of comfy beds. A stocked kitchen and great outdoor grill. An amazing dock on a quiet cove. Great communication with host. Short drive to nearest restaurant. Convenience store near as well. Garage takes a bit to cool down so turn on a/c promptly. Can’t wait to come back!!!

House was exactly what we wanted to enjoy a few days at the lake with family- weather didn’t cooperate every day but we still had a wonderful time- everything clean and just as advertised- having all the lake toys made it so much fun!!

The house was exactly what we needed with room to spread out. The dock was great and the kids swam like crazy. Communication with Todd was quick and responsive. We would definitely stay here again for our family lake trip.

Our family had an amazing time at this beautiful lake house. It comfortably accommodated our family of five and our six additional extended relatives. As frequent visitors to the Lake of the Ozarks, we can confidently say that this is our favorite place to stay.
The location on the quieter part of the lake was perfect for our younger family members who were learning to water ski. Having a boat ramp just minutes away made it convenient to put our jet ski in the water (the private ramp was even visible from the home).
The dock was spacious and ideal for lounging, watching the kids play in the water, and fishing. Our children absolutely loved the water toys, including kayaks, a lily pad, diving platform, and paddle boards.
Indoors, we enjoyed playing board games, retro video games, foosball, and ping pong. The screened sunroom and large deck provided a great spot to enjoy the lake view, rain or shine. The fire pit was a cozy addition after long days on the water.
The kitchen was impressively large, and we especially enjoyed cooking on the Blackstone Griddle. Although we didn’t use it during this visit, the full-size grill will be on our list for future stays. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for all the guests.
Lastly, the outstanding communication—from our initial inquiry to the check-out process—made our experience even better.

This house and the owners are absolutely amazing!!! The house is more stunning in person! The entire process from booking, paying, and communication with the owners was seamless. We had a total of 10 people 4 adults and 6 young adults and teens. The young adults loved the house, the dock, and the screened porch. The 2 teen boys had the best time sleeping in the converted garage, fishing in the kayaks, and jumping off the dock. Everything you need is at this home...from the kitchen, to the views in the living room, to the spacious bathrooms, the games in the garage...I could go on and on. Todd and Melissa were absolutely the best!!! Communication was never an issue, they are so generous and easy to ask questions, and so helpful. We plan on coming back to this house next year...we had the best time at this house and on the lake. When we get our lake hpuse, I hope its exactly like this one!!! Thank you Todd & Melissa!

Can’t say enough about our stay. Todd was SUPER responsive. The game room was a dream for the kids. The screened in porch allowed us to read and hear the cicadas. Kids swam and swam and swam off the dock. Caught lots of crappie and sunfish. The house really had everything you need and we barely left during our stay. Most relaxing trip ever. I would say this was one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at.

We stayed at Todd’s home for our annual friends getaway and it was the perfect place for relaxing, swimming and making memories. The home is equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked, lots of games to play and water toys at the dock. We will definitely return for a future stay.

The property was beautiful! Checkin process was effortless. Instructions were clear, concise and easy to follow. Communication with Todd was very quick and easy- we had an issue where a fuse blew and we needed to know how to access the breaker box and Todd had an easy fix for that and we were able to resolve it in just a few minutes. The amenities at the Frye lake house were too many to count. We have been staying in VRBO rental properties for 7 years and this was easily our favorite! Todd and Melissa have got the vacation property rental business down pat! Stay here you won’t regret it!

This home made for a perfect setting for our family vacation. There are wonderful amenities provided that make this property unique. Our grandkids loved having their own space in the garage to play games and watch movies. The adults spent many hours on the dock and enjoyed the water toys provided.

The Frye Lake House was an amazing place for my extended family to spend Memorial Day weekend. There is plenty of room for people to spread out and come together. The house is located on a quiet cove with a spacious dock where we spent most of our time. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and a fire on the patio. My favorite area was the screened-in porch....perfect place for morning coffee. Great views from every room in the house and the game room was a total bonus! The home interior is beautiful and the house is fully stocked. We can't wait to go back!

My husband and I were so thrilled to rent this house a second year in a row with my in-laws and two small kids. I left a detailed review last fall (which should still be posted), and the house was even better this time. There were a few very minor housekeeping issues in 2021 that I had addressed privately with the owners, and all had been resolved by 2022. Additionally the grill was in much better shape and the garage had been converted from a game room to a livable space (though still with games) that my six-year-old son loved having to himself. Todd is quick to respond to questions and we were thrilled to return to this wonderful lake house. It's a fabulous location for a large family or group of friends.

This house was perfect. Lots of privacy. The dock was amazing. A fridge to keep our stuff cold. A lily pad we could use. Huge sunning deck with chairs provided. Paddle boards. High dive platform. The kids at Camp Sharron across the way were fun and entertaining too. The house had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked. Everything we needed. Not to mention the big TV downstairs for Saturday football. The fire pit was pretty awesome too. I highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed being in a cove off of a cove. Had opportunities to swim and boat without being in the busy main channels. House was large and had room for everyone to have space to themselves. Lots of water toys were available for us. Appreciated being able to dock a boat with plenty of space left for swimming. Plenty of comfortable seating. We all felt the quality of the cleaning could have been better.

Peaceful getaway
The house was wonderful! Enough room and plenty of space that it didn’t seem like we had 3 families under one roof. The teenage boys loved the game room. Actually a couple of adults enjoyed it as well! The location was a little out of the way, but we still made it to Osage Beach for go carts and ice cream. Very quiet area for the kids to swim and we were able to bring the 1 year old twins out to the dock since there was very little boat traffic. It was nice we didn’t need to bring towels and beach towels since they were provided.

We absolutley loved this property! The house was spacious with plenty of toom for 8 adults to sleep and hang out! We spent most of our time on the dock sunning, swimming listening to music and catching fish! Our family retreat at the Frye was extra special as we enjoyed the many amenities and generosity of the owners. This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood and a clean cove. The home is exceptionally decorated with quality furnishings and is very clean. The game room and dock toys were an added bonuses. The house is beautiful, and very spacious. I was able to comfortable sleep 14 adults. Location for me was great. I enjoyed being away from everything and enjoy a relaxing quiet time, but also good to hang out and drink with friends. The house had everything you needed to make it for an easy stay. This was a great experience. The property was absolutely stunning. There were a couple small bugs in the windows, but it was not serious at all. It was spacious and provided activities for everyone. I would encourage people to bring in their own groceries, the property is tucked away, but it is accessible to stores. The owners were very responsive to any questions and accommodations needed. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect lake house
We had a great stay. Beautiful home. Well equiped. Lot of fun things to do (from the garage inside to the paddleboards outside). We were not lucky with the weather (thank god for the garage play room) but would love to come back and hopefully enjoy the outdoor more. The communication with the home owners was easy and correct!
