I was charged $200 security bond, refundable upon checking out. I have NEVER been refunded the bond. Property owner didn't contact me to explain, neither they send me a damage report as per my request. I have approached them at least three time in a different way (phone call, email via booking.com) - no response. Their actions (rather absence of any actions) appear to be financial fraud, they are simply retaining my $200 with no evidence provided, no communication from their end, no response to my written communication. Very poor service and extremely disappointing. Customer, stay off this property! You may be treated the same way.

The apartment was lovely, with stunning views. Had everything we needed for a relaxing quick break down the coast.

One of the tea towels was quite dirty - I think it had been washed, but perhaps needed a really good soak. So we did have to use a bit of paper towel to clean and dry. some of the cutlery and a glass were in need of a wash. I like the idea that we have to do our own dishes, but it relies on the cleanliness and diligence of people who may not have the same idea of what "clean" is! I would also like to see a separate small bin for the kitchen, for recycling items - cardboard, plastics, paper etc. That should be pretty standard these days. We don't want everything going to landfill.

Were not aware at time of booking that the accommodation was on the 4th floor and only access was STAIRS!! Extremely difficult carrying luggage etc Also have never had to remove rubbish or wash dishes etc or a "cleaning charge " would be applied NO HOT WATER IN KITCHEN OR BATHROOMS - NOT ACCEPTABLE - WILL NOT BE RETURNING

poor access to the pool, showers (shower heads vs shower with a hose which is so much better), difficult access to apartment through stairs (had to go up and down 2-3 times with luggage so travel light folks)

Loved the view from the apartment. It has sea view, lake view, mountain view...... kitchen was fully equipped and was very clean. Easy entrance with a key code.

The property has requested us to empty all the bins and put them at garbage collection point. And mentioned that if not they will charge separately for that on our account. This was the first time ever I had to do this in a paid/serviced accommodation. Otherwise a perfect stay.
