Il manque juste quelques équipements qui étaient mentionnés dans l’annonce (fer à repasser, piscine pas très propre). Mais ce n’est pas très grave.

Hi everybody! Only one thing I liked about this apartment - was its location. All the rest disappointed me.

The apartment was stinky because someone had smoked a lot in there before we checked in. The administrator brought a purifier, but it didn't help much. The bed is very hard to sleep in. The pillow is very uncomfortable. I want to say that I had seen cheaper offers in dadonghai, and this apartment should have cost cheaper than it did. It was said that the block of apartments has a swimming pool, it's true, but it's closed, and I saw the Chinese girls climbing over the fence to swim in the pool. I won't come back and I don't recommend this apartment to stay in!

The size of the apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The AC worked well and they had all kitchen utensils and staff needed. It was almost right on the beach and we loved both balconies. Swimming in the sea in Dadonhai was actually a very pleasant experience

The swimming pool. Doesn’t really exist since they are not paying for the maintenance and swimming is not allowed. The pool is there so you can look at it. It was good that we could swim on the beach. It wasn’t very clean in general. I had to re-wash all the bed linens and plates, cups, glasses. Also, the beds were very hard and ok to sleep on them 2-3 night but anything longer than that would not work. Very noisy from the bars on the beach until midnight, plus a lot of maintenance work going on in the actual building during the day. Couldn’t really rest but used the time to wash all the clothes and cook some hot meals for the family before we set off to another part of Sanya.

Nice and clean, right next to the beach, a pleasure to stay in!

The only minor problem was the slight smell in the bathroom, but it wasn’t a big issue

The location is perfect, the apartment is spacious and lovely, the staff go out of their way to help. The beds are somewhat China-hard (not the worst I’ve slept on in China, but not Western) but tolerable. Steps to the beach, the mall, good restaurants, everything right there. We only booked for 4 nights originally and then extended to the full 10 days of our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

If I could have had a mattress topper to soften the beds, and Western cutlery in the kitchen, then it would have been perfect.

Clean, quiet, comfort

We have looked for hotels in Center of Dadonghai. This hotel in 8 km from Dadonghai. No any supermarket no shopping no restaurants no beach no sea.
