We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. The warm welcome, the beautiful scenery of the fjord, the warm apartment so well equipped, the wonderful advises for hiking around, and the quiet. The apartment is beautiful, clean and looks all new, comfortable and equipped with everything one can ask for while staying. We cooked like at home and even could do our laundry. Kjellrunn is a wonderful host. Kind, spoiling and helpfull. We loved the sitting areas in and outside the apartment just in front of rhe amazing view. Thank you. We hope coming back.

A lovely location by the fjord. The apartment was spacious and really comfortable. We hope to return soon. The host was so helpful and nice.

In one word, everything. The apartment was well furnished, perfectly located for discovering the different parts of Hardangerfjord, and Kjellrun was extremely responsive and supportive. The crowning selling point, however, must be the view: even on rainy days, we just couldn't get enough of it, and the apartment has beautiful windows to admire the scenery and watch the day go by. I promise you, it will be hard to get out of those comfortable lazy chairs by the window.

Very nice apartment. Living / dining area is very spacious. Kitchen is very functional and well furnished. Wifi worked well. Washer/dryer in bathroom is a nice feature. We made use of the benches located along the waterfront every evening as the sun was setting. Great views from the property! We enjoyed being able to hike up to Agastolen from the property - the clifftop viewpoint there is fantastic! We also walked to Agatunet and thoroughly enjoyed the guided tour. There is a SPAR grocery store just a few kilometers south of the property in the town of Na. Odda is approx. 25 minute drive if you'd like some additional dining / shopping options. The Hardangerfjord sightseeing cruise from Utne to Lofthus - Kinsarvik - Ulvik - Eidfjord is spectacular! Many excellent nearby hiking trails (e.g., to Buerbreen glacier).

The kitchen would benefit from an additional smaller frying pan. While the single large frying pan is nice, while preparing our dinners during our stay we often had the need of an additional similar pan to complete our food preparation. We did not make use of the assigned outdoor dining area since, for us, it was simply too inconvenient to access it from our unit. We had booked a "ground floor" unit (unit #35) and had assumed that the outdoor dining area would have been directly accessible from the unit. Instead, access requires exiting the unit, walking around the outside of the building and descending a set of stairs down to the lawn area adjacent to the water. While the unit is on "ground level" adjacent to the driveway/parking, it is not at ground level on the waterfront side of the building. However, if you are utilizing the outdoor grill provided there, the location of the assigned outdoor dining area might not be as much of a problem since you would be cooking where the dining furniture is located.

We were here 3 years ago and had to go back, this is such a lovely apartment. Fantastic view over the fjord, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is complete. Enough hikes in the neighbourhood. We definitely will come back here.

Very beautiful view from every window in this appartament. The host prepared nice places among the fjord to sitting and enjoy view. There is also a small beach where you can try bath in fjord. You can also rent a boat from the host. This place is the essence of Norway! The apartament was very clean, you can find in the kitchen everything what you nedd to cook dinner.

The property is very nicely located. Easy to reach. The apartment we booked was very clean, spacious and well equipped for four persons. Rooms were clean. Kitchen was big and living room was fully furnished with beautiful view. This property is absolutely pretty with best view of fjords. About Host: She is so friendly and helpful. Very welcoming and gave all required information. 10/10 points this property! Recommend for couples, family.
