Great Location, great staff and good property

Everything was perfect

I like the location and that it's beside a mall if we need to buy something. The hotel has different bars for those looking for some entertainment while in Bahrain. The room is spacious and staff are very attentive, helpful, and friendly.

The water temperature of the shower needs to be improved because it's too hot to take a bath, very drying to the skin and not good for hair and scalp. I guess this is not just happening in this hotel but in all of Bahrain given its geographical location.

Good and clean rooms with very cooperative and friendly staff.

The disturbing noise from the clubs till 2am.

Staff is friendly, Marie is an explempary employee. Very warm and welcoming.

I tried to turn the heat on in my room, but couldn't figure it out. So i just turned my A/C off.

Good location, close to everything, mall next door. Easy to get a taxi. Breakfast was good , restaurant is nice and big. Comfortable room.

The parking area was limited but if we can not find one, we still can park outside the hotel at the opened area.

Breakfast was not for four stars hotel it is like for highway motel Clubs not comfy Tv limited Room was not prepared

The location was good as it was close to a mall where I was able to buy what I needed during my stay. They have 2 good bars which I will recommend although just be prepared with what you will see happening there. The best part of my stay was being looked after by the following staff from security, reception and the bar staff itself. I would like to inform the management how lucky they are to have the following staff working for them- Jobee, Marie, Helen, Lorena, Jam, Khan, Subharjit and Vincent. They were all friendly and attentive. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the AC helped during this time of the year here.

I was aware that the spa is closed as I rang them before booking but what surprised me was it has been closed for quite sometime now. The pool is of decent size but staff are not consistently present to attend to you. The bath floor in my room 1016 had a yellow stain but otherwise the room looks clean. The fridge as well needs defrosting. The chairs in the reception needs updating.
