Hele fijne slaapkamer, heel rustig in het kasteel en omgeving. Na 2 nachten werden de handdoeken ververst en schoongemaakt
Er was geen afzuiging in de badkamer daardoor ging het rookalarm af een verdieping hoger. Dit moest ik zelf weer uit doen. Keuken wel gedateerd

The building looks majestic.
The interior was not our taste. There is a lovely shower, but it's so high that the water comes into the room and the floor is damaged.

looked nice on pictures but a dump in reality.
a dump. we arrived at 7pm and no reception and the room was not cleaned up at all since last stay.
they charged us 2.50€ tourist tax, gave them a fiver. the lady didn’t have change but told us she would put in in the room. never seen change.
the gardens were dirty and the grass was uncut.

Stunning building in easy location for the short tram ride into Antwerp. Really lovely building and very comfortable.

Nothing was good about this booking. Worst service ever in all of my years of travel and booking with Booking.com. Don't ever go to this hotel. They were rude and not a all service friendly. If you want to relax after 2 weeks of travel and a 13 hour working day, DON'T go here!
To keep a long story short. Rudest people I have encountered in all of my international travel in the past 10+ year. Through a miss communication, and yes I did fail to read their policies correctly, due to 2 weeks of travel, many hotels and jetlag. So I need to first confess to that, yet to then be treated in such an extreme rude way, with no compassion and just being convicted as a horrible person... I do not wish that for any guest! They even emailed me the day after, to let me know I was NEVER welcome again, because I got upset on the phone.... YES I was super upset!.... I would NEVER EVER go there again, even if they paid me.
I do not understand how a hotel, can have such an attitude towards their guests. I hope they learn from this or choose another profession, mistakes like this can happen and you shouldn't be so rude to your guests!

Amazing property with the kindest hostess! Loved our stay here and how helpfull the staff was. Very clean room, a nice garden and a perfect place to stay for both business and pleasure.

Access to the property was not possible despite having paid for the use. Owner did not leave clear instructions/direction on access. Ended staying for hours waiting for owner to arrive from dinner and was forced to look for another hotel around midnight after waiting without result.
If you ever choose to use this place, ensure you are there first and gained access before payment.

Very spacious room
Bathroom is also very comfortable
As soon you pull out the key card behind the door the lights will shut off immediately... A delay would be a better option...
Bed is big but the seem in the middle is annoying... Also there is a built-in TV in the bed... It was half way out... Not working.
Because I needed to leave for a meeting I left before the breakfast.... There is a coffee maker and kettle.. Only problem is that there is only 1outlet that is in use for the fridge so you had to pull the fridge from the wall to unplug it and than plug in the coffee maker...
The desk was also loose so be careful to not cut your self

It was a lovely appartement with a nice view onto the back garden. The owner was very welcoming. Everything was nicely organised inside the appartment.
You could see some usage marks but nothing worrisome.

The wonderful suite with living room separate from bedroom was super cool and the structure has a huge garden . Historical building

We liked everything about this location and felt very special at breakfast. The whole table was beautiful.

The AC in the bedroom was nice. The staff were very nice
The toilet had obviously been broken, I was afraid to sit all of the way down on it. The shower didn't work like it should have.
