Everything was perfect for a lovely overnight stay.

The main corridors are packed with sheets and linen in bags and are an eyesore. they were also blocking a fire extinguisher although I don’t want to see a major fire risk near to where I am staying the night.

Breakfast was fabulous and cooked perfectly.we had our evening meal both nights and it was fabulous credit to the chief .The rooms are cosy and warm .lovely local walks .We will be back.

A lovely traditional pub/hotel, the room was small but had everything you needed, nice little "extras" and was spotless. I have to mention that the bed was the most comfortable l have ever slept in! We had dinner in the restaurant, the menu was varied and had something for everyone. The food was beautifully cooked and presented, as was breakfast. We were also treated to a night of rocking out as there was a fantastic band playing! The location was very pretty, had we more time we would've love to explore further,we will certainly return later in the year and would recommend a stay there if you are in the area.

The walls are very thin! I was awoken by the sound of our neighbours using the bathroom... I'm just glad we didnt meet them in the hallway...

it’s a warm and friendly pub with a great community commitment. The accommodation is separate from the pub and I had not noticed any noise in the room which was warm and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good as was the dinner the previous evening. I only stayed for one night, but it is my second stay at this location.

nice room with tv fridge and kettle. Air conditioning. Bathroom was very modern and great shower. plenty of clean towels. Bed was comfortable The pub side was lovely with a good selection of meals. Leigh and her staff were great. Lovely breakfasts

I was worried about not being able to sleep as could hear the hum of an external extractor fan/air conditioning unit not sure which, however this stopped once the pub had closed.
