Great apartment in a fantastic location

Great location with sea views. Ideally situated for walks with local places to eat. Well presented accommodation with everything you could need for a self catering holiday.

The perfect place.

The apartment was good with all necessary implements, coffee, tea etc.

The garage not easy to get out of when you have a long vehicle.

Lovely place to stay.

Lovely clean, spacious apartment well equipped with everything you need. A good base to explore the rest of Cornwall. We really enjoyed our stay.

Sofa bed is not comfortable. Maybe putting a mattress topper on top would help. Other than that, nothing it was grand!

A good break

The apartment. Looking at the view. Proximity to the bus stop. Natural surroundings and wild flowers.

Newquay itself. Without a car you would struggle and parking outside the block and in town was difficult.

Beds were comfy although would have like larger double bed, but that personal preference only. Loved lounge and bathrooms, beautifully decorated throughout Whole apartment was as described, Well done Maria and Ian

Overall it is very good place to stay.

Space and cleanliness. Kitchen was well equipped and good internet speed.

Rubbish has to be thrown at basement and the approach/ corridor needs to be maintained.

The apartment enhanced our visit and was the perfect base for us.

The apartment is very well appointed. Everything has been thought about to make it a true home from home. It was a pleasure dealing with Maria who clearly cares about making her guests feel welcome.

a fabulous short stay in Cornwall.

clean and spacious and a well stocked kitchen. even had milk, tea, coffee and biscuits there after a long journey down. All communication was warmly received abs questions answered promptly.
