Excellent location within 10 minutes walk of the beach, old Town and beach and a bus stop and Spar supermarket within a couple of minutes walk out of the back gate. Great sea and pool views from our first floor apartment and complimentary beach towels provided at reception if asked for , for our stay plus extra pillows if required. Paloma on reception was very friendly and helpful , would definitely return

All good 😊 Wi-Fi didn’t stretch to bedroom at our apartment though was okay in the lounge, but this didn’t bother us as we used our 4G there was no air conditioning but we knew this but we had a fan

Fantastic staff 100%, nothing too much trouble , very helpful and friendly . Great quiet area, only 5 minutes from the strip and beach.

The room could use some TLC overall. The reception open hours are low. The entrance was tricky to find and Google maps didn't have the correct location. Had to go around some complex to eventually find it. The lady in the restaurant was not helpful with guiding us (spoke to her through a latched gate that she probably could have just let us in with and saved us 10mins).

The only down for us was there was an awful smell in the toilet, and also the door handle of bathroom was hanging off so coukdnt close the door and the hot water for a shower went cold after a minute not ideal for a woman with long hair.

Location. Gentleman at reception was polite and allowed us to stay on until we where ready to leave as no one was booked after us.

Beds and pillows brick hard. Bed itself filthy. Sofa an chair filthy. Looked like they where bought in second hand shop !! Mattress on sofabed filthy. Moved sofa to try make room more open, however under sofa was disgusting with crumps dead spiders fluff. Nothing was washed down . Bathroom absolutely filthy, corners of floor tiles never been cleaned. We"be been in lots of places in Lanzarote and also stayed in same apartment block SeaView/Ocean view Airbnb owned by Beverley. Unfortunately they weren't available when booking therefore assumed this place apartment 236 would be on same level of style/cleanliness!! Never again would I stay there. Stayed 18th - 25th October.

Central to Restaurants Bars Shopping Centre and couple of minutes to Spar shopping we found the apartment spotlessly clean lovely poolside bar and restaurant we great choice of menu. It was our first time there and we will certainly come back again Will & Carol
