Superb location, right between new & old town.

The owner, Jesus, was incredibly accommodating and very helpful with all of our questions and requests. He even provided information prior to arrival with details of the best ways to get to the apartment and the expected prices of these options. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with extra pillows and blankets required. The apartment and bedrooms were always a perfect temperature. The shower is glorious (a rain shower!!) with great water pressure and temperature. The bathroom has two sinks (which for 3 girls was more than ideal for getting ready each day). The pool area was so clean and quiet all day, very peaceful. The location is faultless, this apartment could not be more central, it’s in an amazing location and the entire complex is gorgeous and beautifully kept. The next time I come to Lanzarote I will be staying here!!

The only fault I can pick were the ants in the kitchen that were quite problematic, ant killer had been provided (this is the only thing I can fault, everything else was fab)

Disappointing overall, apartment was spacious and pretty.

87 steps to the property - not made know on website! Metal window shutters act like radiators that are too hot to touch - no air con meant it was like an oven. Tv was there but apps were frozen, although cleaners had it working when we arrived. No pool beds, although other apartment complexes did. Oh and straining your neck to the left over the balcony wall is not our idea of a beach view.

We liked the bodyboards and the outdoor dining on the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed. The thoughtfulness of the host was evident in terms of the things he had provided starting from beach toys to extra pillows, blankets etc. He was reachable and promptly replied to any query. The beach was right at the door step. The WiFi internet was satisfactory.

The bed mattresses were too soft for our liking. There were too many stairs.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, was clean and nice. Its very close to the beach and everything was around.. wasn’t able to meet Jesus personally due to covid but he solved everything for us through whatsapp :) i had the best home-office ever for a very good price

A nice, spacious apartment which is kept nice and clean. Good location - close to all amenities and beach. There are shutters on the windows so the rooms are nice and dark to sleep in, and we also found it quiet at night. Our host was also easily reachable and made a number of excellent recommendations for places to eat.

Note pool isn't heated and there are lots of steps (all properties in this area will have lots of steps due to the slope of the hill)
