Great position and fantastic service. I fell ill at the end of my trip and they arranged an in room doctor and pharmacy drop off. As a tourist and getting sick, it’s great to have such an easy process.

فندق قديم ، فرشه قديم، فيه ترميمات واصلاحات جارية حاليا، تقوم من النوم وانت مكتوم من رائحة الدهانات في الغرف اللي بجنبك !! بكل نصح ، ومع دفع مبلغ كبير جدا ، اشوف الخيارات كثيرة جدا ، كان اختيار غير موفق للأسف ، ويبدو انه لايصلح للسكن الا بعد سنة من الان ربما

The location is next to dubai mall with a connecting bridge. Rooms were huge

Perhaps the hotel is just new but the staff is inexperienced. Service is poor. The hotel staff seemed to have NOT been trained well at all and have zero hospitality experience. To order breakfast, you use a console that they provide in the room. We waited for MORE than an hour and when I called to follow up they said sorry cause they are doing a lot of things. And only then did they acknowledged our order via the app. Food service is also slow during lunch in the french restaurant. Cleanliness was very bad too. The DUST was so thick in the room facing the road side. They never vacume the room especially the railings of the sloding door to the balcony and the curtains. It was the worst Kempinski experience to think I think very highly of the brand. Kempinski Dubai Mall gives the Kempinski brand a bad name. I hope theu dont scrimp on training and train the stafd better.

I used to stay this property consistently for years when it was managed by The Address and whilst our room was upgraded and the location continues to be a plus point, we were extremely disappointed by our stay.

The facilities were not managed at par as when it was The Address - the AC in the room wasn’t working properly and an engineer tried to come and resolve the issue, but we were told that they couldn’t resolve the issue and that the AC would remain 22°c, which as you can imagine is pretty hot for Dubai at this time of the year. The room was also extremely dusty and the upkeep of the room was just not the same.

I have never seen such a drop-in standards after a hotel has changed ownership. Under The Address it was a sensational property, excellent staff and service. Surprisingly under Cominsky, the services nosedived, the staff did not pay attention, the rooms are quite dusty and the quality of food and beverage is more three star than five star.

Stayed here for a Family holiday and the hotel turns into a brothel at night, You cannot simply go by the pool to enjoy a drink late at night without having to see prostitutes in the main areas of the hotel. The Hostess at the front of the library bar specifically walks you through the main bar to showcase the room full of prostitutes. The management, many security personnel and all staff specifically know who is a prostitute and who is not but they still go ahead and let them in. Even worst is at breakfast they still allow these ladies in the breakfast area with the clients to have breakfast. A good 5 star hotel during the day but turns into a 5 star Brothel at night.

Das Hotel hat eine idelae Lage in der neuen Downtown. Die Dubai Mall und damit der Burj Khalifa, die Dubai Fountains und vor allem auch die Metro sind durch einen klimatisierten Gang oberhalb der Strassen sehr gut erreichbar. Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter mit herausragendem freundlichem Service. Wir hatten ein Club-Zimmer mit Blick auf den Burj Khalifa und haben die Aussicht von unserem Balkon sehr genossen. An dem schönen Pool gefiel uns die entspannte Atmosphäre ohne Gedränge. Beim Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl an internationalen Speisen und auch erfreulicherweise zu jeder Zeit genügend Plätze in dem sehr schön gestalteten Restaurant. Man sass nie dicht gedrängt beieinander oder musste am Eingang anstehen. Wir konnten sogar jeden Tag draussen frühstücken. Da wir einen späten Rückflug kurz vor Mitternacht hatten, konnten wir vor dem Transfer zum Flughafen im Hotel sogar noch duschen und uns in Ruhe umziehen. Das Hotel ist eine klare Empfehlung für einen Städtetrip im Zentrum Dubais, da man von dort alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss oder mit der Metro erreichen kann. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder!

Ein einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die Wartezeiten beim Frühstück auf die Heissgetränke oder die frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen. Bis die fleissigen und netten Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter den Kaffee gebracht hatten, vergingen manchmal bis zu 15 Minuten oder länger, an den beiden Pfannen der Omelett- und Pfannkuchenstation gab es oft Wartezeiten von bis zu 20 Minuten. Das passte irgendwie gar nicht zu dem sonst herausragenden Service des Hotels.

This was my first stay at the property since the changeover, and I can confirm that nothing has drastically changed. The service was top-notch, as expected from Kempinski.

The adult pool was full of kids, even though there's a dedicated pool for them, which was annoying, to say the least.

Good location and lovely property but let down by awful service

Staff and service was very poor! Expect more for a so called luxury 5 star hotel! Poor Club / exec lounge with one particular staff member needing a lesson in basic customer service and much preferred to chat with her colleague and go for a coffee in a side room than offer the paying guests a drink or any kind of service. Was promised time and time again for the concerns raised while at the property to be discussed and followed up on but nothing! Was also promised a call back after check out but am still waiting 6 days later! Avoid and if you enjoy good service so disappointed on the service!

The hotel interior is nice and comfortable.

The price I paid was too high for the room I booked and although it is “connected” to Dubai mall the walk was very long. There is no special discount for in house guests to visit the spa which was disappointing specially for the price which was paid for the hotel.

L’iPad de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas durant notre séjour (impossible de mettre de la musique et de profiter des différents services en ligne), c’est dommage !
