Staff is disappointing not helpful at all. Someone order food and it came 2 times in my room i told them it wasn't me.My daughter is 4 years it was her birthday so one of staff send cake and baloon.In splash area is for 100 CM My daughter was 99.5 So they denied to take slide she was crying and we went from there. I didn't like people like 5 Star you cannot behave like this.

Although the hospitality of the staff and the benefits of our stay are amazing, we are upset at the facilities on our room. 1. We booked the room, knowing it has a jacuzzi, but when we arrived we need to wait until 6 hours to use it, as the temperature is so slow to get heated. And the jacuzzi kept on shutting off. 2. The refrigerator is not cold enough. We have a baby, and we need to use the refrigerator to store the milk, but the refrigerator isnt cold enough, so the services guys replaced the refrigerator, but it took time to replace. 3. When requesting for the service check, they took time to go to our room, and the telephone operator, you barely hear them at our telephone.

Staff are super rude to guests. It looks like they are trained that way. During a misunderstanding they brought in the staff to face me to prove me wrong… which is utterly disgraceful to both! They seem to lack basic knowledge, upon us asking for buffet prices we got three different rates from three different staff. Super annoying and frustrating

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Restaurants und das Essen hat eine sehr hohe Qualität. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und bietet für jeden ein großes Angebot an Aktivitäten. Es gibt einen Shuttle Bus nach Dubai. Der Golfplatz ist in einem sehr guten gepflegten Zustand und bietet jedem eine schöne anspruchsvolle Runde. Der Spabereich war super, auch wenn er in einem anderen Hotel ist (Fußweg 15 Minuten oder mit dem Resortshuttle).

Gefallen hat uns alles wirklich sehr .. wir würden nur empfehlen, dass man am besten schon von zu Hause aus die Restaurants wie das Sette (Italiener) reserviert. Aber man kann auch sehr gut in den Buffetrestaurants essen…

Overal excellent stay a little far out from Dubai city staff excellent and fantastic shuttle to the mall may be good a couple of times a week 🙂

Nothing really apart from a little issue with the golf as unclear of pricing from staff when booked as was incorrect but the manager golf pro sorted this out 🙂

It was very modern and clean building with great field for golf players. Friendly staff at reception.

Half board excludes any drinks, even hot tea or juice, from the dinner buffet. Very noisy at night from the disco club,and every evening the restaurant downstairs was doing loudly their table/furniture rearrangements, and daytime annoyingly loud private company parties at beach. Not sure why the private parties have to use so loud speakers and mics while guests are relaxing at the beach and cannot participate in these events. Restaurant staff were always forgetting your order for the drinks. Had to follow up several times. There were no dispensers of hot water, unlike in many other hotels.

Отличный новый отель! Наш номер располагал двумя отдельными комнатами и огромной террасой. Номер отличный, просторный, светлый, чистота на высшем уровне! Персонал очень приветливый. Особенная благодарность Камилле с ресепшена, всегда была отзывчивая, помогала во всем! На территории как Оказалось находятся 3 гостиницы, куча бассейнов, ресторанов, гольф поля, зоопарк, конные прогулки, прудики и ручейки. С отеля каждые 10 мин ходят маленькие багги в любую точку резорта, до пляжа минуты 4. В общем все отлично!

Небольшая удаленность от центра Дубая, но это относительно конечно. До Марины 25 мин на такси без пробок.

Im Restaurant 81 ist das Essen täglich ähnlich, anderes Essen wäre besser gewesen. Die Rechnungen unterschreiben während dem Essen habe ich nicht ok empfunden; sobald man als Gast die Zimmernummer nennt und ein Tisch bekommt müsste das genug Information sein. Nach jeder Cola, Kaffee oder Tee kam eine Rechnung zum Ausfüllen. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten auch sehr gestresst wegen diesen Rechnungen

Nice resort with many facilities and tranquil greenery.

Overwhelming number of staff at arrival. There were literally over 5 staff members at my room talking all over each other. We have just arrived after a tiresome flight and simply wanted some quiet. Housekeeping also call you on the phone repeatedly about cleaning. When I say "DO NOT DISTURB" that includes phone calls. Trust me, I know how to call for house keeping when I need it.

Simpatia do staff, ambiente tranquilo, piscina apenas para adultos (havia outras para famílias com crianças), decoração, muito espaçoso (o que se espera de um resort), limpeza, música o vivo durante o jantar, ginásio com muita luz. Preocupação com o ambiente, notória em vários pormenores como as garrafas de vidro com água filtrada (disponíveis sempre no quarto), tal como nas refeições, Parabéns!!

Fui ao ginásio às 9h30 e não haviam toalhas. Estava demasiado frio no interior do hotel. Localização afastada dos principais pontos de interesse do Dubai (em cada saída demorávamos mais de 30 min a andar no "deserto" até chegar a algum local de interesse), aconselho a quem queira ficar mais do que 2 ou 3 dias, a alugar um carro, a não ser que o objetivo seja apenas relaxar e não visitar o Dubai.

Super Hotel, welches sehr viel zu bieten hat. Halbpension zahlt sich aus, da das Essen in den Restaurants fabelhaft war. Alles in Allem haben wir hier eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht.

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: die Lage… Man liegt etwas außerhalb und ist auf ein Taxi, oder den Hoteleigenen Shuttle-Service angewiesen. Da der aber 3x am Tag die diversen Malls anfährt, ist es kein wirklicher Minus-Punkt. Dafür hat man ja auch Zugang zum Strand.
