We stayed here 3 times. Three different room types. All rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the pool was great and breakfast was excellent All the staff were very professional and nice to us The only real difference in the rooms were their size but the entry-level rooms were big. The best part was having drinks at the rooftop bar and restaurant sitting at the pool and taking in the sights of Phnom Penh

Good quality hotel with the facilities needed for my stay. Liked the high ceilinged hotel reception area, that gives the hotel presence. It also has reasonable gym & pool facilities, which I needed for this trip. Good breakfast.

Some the gym equipment needed better maintenance. It location near the Orussey Market’s was not ideal for me, being a cab ride from the more tourist locations of Riverside etc, but this is a personal preference & could be seen as a positive by some.

I loved the food and the pool site, it’s just too bad that it was open until 9pm.

There were a few roaches that we had to kill before we slept

The size of the Apartment. Spacious with all amenities. Also the Sky Bar. Breakfast was very good too. Staff was all very polite and helpful.

The apartment looked a bit worn out as did the hallways.

Big room, clean toilets, good staff and good facilities overall. The rooftop restaurant's view is quite good.

Location is good distance wise, but the street on which this hotel lies is bad. We took the bigger room with wide views thinking that we'll enjoy the view, but the view was horrible so we kept the curtains closed all the time.

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to enhance your stay, in particular the reception ladies and breakfast manager. The service is superb and a welcome oasis from the busy streets. Location is good everything is accessible. Wi-Fi could be better but staffed made attempts to correct it for us. Breakfast is very good, excellent value hotel.

Breakfast was excellent! Delonghi coffee machine making espresso, cappuccino, and latte was probably the thing that we liked the best! The family room was very big and has a big bath tub. Sunrise at room 555 (Family Suite) is the best thing during early morning. View from the 10th floor was nice as you can see the city scape. The bar on the summit serves lunch too at affordable prices. Cable TV Channels were organized and has many options like international channels and not just Chinese channels. Beds were very comfortable. Since it is within the city, the Genocide Museum (Tuol Seng S21) is just a few blocks away. Tuktuk ride is only 1 USD if you book by Grab and the drivers will charge 2 to 3 USD if you ask (knowing that you are tourists). There are so many malls within the area. AEON Mall is highly recommendable.

Air-conditioning wasn't cold enough. Maybe they should do some cleaning in the filters. The fridge smelled durian (turen), but it's fine because we are durian-tolerant. The location of the tissue roll in the toilet is too far to be reached (room 555). No shower hook or handle in the bath area.

Location was good, close walk to Riverside and Central Market and Capital Bus Terminal; staff generally friendly apart from housekeeping. Bathtbub shower. Rooftop bar and pool nice, bar staff very helpful and friendly.

wifi was abhorent, for the price point expects so much better. Bathtub shower with no bath-gel nor anti slip matt. Breakfast very average, awful coffee/tea, no bananas. Coffee made by machines which are old and need to be replaced. As noted in a previous review money was stolen (I had money stolen from a locked safe box) (which can be opened using a secure key) - dumb thief stole only high value thai currency and USD. Trying to explain theft (or anything to staff was impossible due to language barrier). For what I paid for two VIP rooms for 6 nights was too much! I wasn't even provided with shower gel or a bottle opener. Housekeeping would clean room but not move empty bottles or glassware, even after being tipped.

Only thing is to use card payment at the bar you needed to spend $20 which I thought was a lot

I love about the Sky bar facilities, various of foods choices and drinks and million dollars view of Phnom Penh city.

Parking bit narrow but it's ok because we using GRAB TAXI

the rooftop pool and bar were great, the food was quite good (maybe a little pricey for Phnom Penh). The rooms were good however the lift was quite slow and there was only one. Staff were fine and friendly. They need to fix the sauna but the steam room was great

The food we ate on the rooftop was amazing! Pool was beautiful. Staff were so friendly. I was very happy with my stay here and would stay here again.

The price was good, and the room was large. The staff were friendly.

The floor of our room was sticky so we felt it was not a clean room. The hotel was remote, and when we asked if there were any restaurants or shops nearby the answer was “no.” We walked several blocks to get to a convenience store for some water and snacks. We stopped by the pool but it was much smaller than we imagined from the photographs, and with two or three people in the pool and a few more sitting around it, there was no space for us except at the adjacent bar.

The pool water wasn't super clean and the glass windows around the pool were dirty, which is a bit of a shame to enjoy the view

The location of the property is good and breakfast options.

The 1st room 205 we had, the bathroom has a sewer smell and blower is not working. The second room 705 had the same smell but not as bad as room 205. Both bathroom requires to be cleansed with bleach to remove the sewer/moldy smell.
