Easy check-in, comfortable rooms.

The bar downstairs was a little noisy however this is in a busy area of Belfast and adds to the atmosphere.

Just a short walk out of Belfast. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Did not realise it was above a bar until I arrived, so was noisy outside until about 10pm

Right in the heart of the city...a 10 min walk into the main shopping area and city hall. Lots of fab places to go near by. Lots of restaurants..three levels a 6 min walk away. Great Japanese experience... staff at hotel were so friendly.

The room could have had mirror in the 2nd bedroom to use when drying your hair. Quite a dark decor so room lighting could have been brighter if you wanted. But small point really woukd stay again.

In a fab location. The pub attached was lovely and inviting. Room was minimalistic but funky. Nice touch of giving a free beer on arrival. Nice powerful shower

There is no lift so if you struggle with stairs like me it will be a challenge. One thing I didn't like was staff knocked on the door an hour and 20 minutes before check out to see what time we were leaving. So we felt a little rushed out of it.

I didn’t take the breakfast but I really like the view and the room was on fire🔥🔥 one of my favourite hotel

One thing that I didn’t like it’s my room was ready late I arrived there at 5pm but the email say check in 3pm room was ready at 6 and I have to wait for the!!

Loved it. Great location. it's easy to get to when you're new to the city. The room was a great size and was comfortable.

We were over a really noisy bar with outdoor speakers. The music did not stop until after 2. It was obvious from our booking we were a family so I’m sure there were more suitable rooms. Nice hotel if you are travelling to enjoy drinking in Belfast, not as a family.

Nice shower and bathroom and comfortable bed. A good viewing of the large windows. My partner had an electric shock due to a faulty mobile charger. I message the hotel, and they manage to sort it out promptly.

Lots of dust on top of railings on walls and windows. Contactless service which means staff is not present. Housekeeper didn't provide tea/coffee on the last day.

The room itself was fine and clean, even checked in earlier.

Check in was confusing and the directions are not very clear. Room advertised as above bar but did not mention loud music from the bar. Next day, there was no top up of teas and coffees and room was barely cleaned. One couldn't call any reception or contact anyone for any help if needed. There is no lift and there was no mention of the lack thereof. So not suitable for travelers with large luggage and if given room on a higher floor. The VAT at 20% was not advertised which added another £54 to the cost which made the room poorer value for money.

I liked everything about the hotel. Great location, easy self check in and the beer on arrival. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in Belfast.

malfunctioning check in, very poor check in service altogether, room didn’t smell great, smelled like a bar! Sound from downstairs was a joke…. like being in a full on club, bass was thundering soundproofing would give better reviews!!! other city centre hotels can sort out soundproofing properly for their windows why can’t these owners do so also? could be a great place with some minor amendments.

Modern, clean and recently refurbished. Nice touches of bottled water and tea/coffee in the room, plus a safe, iron and ironing board. A complimentary beer upon check-in was also great. Good location near train station, parking, several bars, multiple restaurants and convenience shops. The Bar and Restaurant below are really good also. Excellent value.

Check-in wasn’t quite ready for 3pm, but they resolved it quickly and with courtesy, which counts for a lot. Room was a little cold in the morning, not sure why.

Overall, everything was great. The bed was very comfortable, the location is perfect. I particularly like the self check in system, it is very quick and practical.

Unfortunately, the shower didn't work, not a drop of water came out of it...

Very clean, modern and comfortable. Complimentary beer on arrival. Bar staff accommodating when dropping bags off before check in.

Only thing was our room was on the 4th floor and no lift but also a bonus as no noise from the bar below.
