amazing location, superb room, perfect breakfast for us, hospitality to its best

The room, the service, the cleanliness and the overall hospitality would have been perfect except for the fact that there weren’t any windows in the room. I am particularly fond of fresh air so I would have liked to know that before choosing to stay there

Nice spacious room, very friendly host. Good isolation so no noise from outside.

Overall everything was clean, however there was some mold in the bathroom

It is a better idea to keep the water for the guests in theirs rooms- “mine” bottle was drunken by someone else

Giuseppe is extremely gentle and nice! But you must warn or call before your arrival. Parking spots are available, but you need to look for the white lines in order not to pay for it. Sure Giuseppe helped me to find a spot close to there. No breakfast is included, but they are nice and leave you some juice and tea in the mini bar, besides some smalls snacks including croissant. Water is not in the package but they offer you as well. The room is really like the pictures and it is really cute. The only downside is that I got the first room and it is a bit noisy. People that come late in the night or wake up earlier than you are not so quite... The location couldn’t be better! Walking distance to the ships to go to the islands and walking distance to the beach. Also you can find the pedestrian area really close, but not close enough to be disturbed by the noise of the restaurants. Which, by the way are great! My favorite one was Trattoria L’Opera! Amazing food, but you must book it in advance. I was planning to go to the islands but the heavy sea canceled all the ships and boats. This is a pity, but definitely a reason to come back!

Giuseppe was a wonderful host and made us feel at home. We had a great time in Termoli.
