Piero davvero molto gentile e accogliente!

Everything about this property was perfect. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, accommodating and lovely! We rang Piero as soon as we arrived and a minute later his wife greeted us and gave us a tour of our room. We had to leave early the next morning because we were driving down to Reggio Calabria to catch a ferry to Sicily so we unfortunately didn’t have time to have breakfast. When we return to Termoli we will definitely come back and stay longer.

location was excellent.
no parking. host was less available. entry into the place was a bit of a challenge. It's not a hotel - this is an AirBnB
5.0
Fabulously finished , with high class fittings and furnishings .. and a lovely window overlooking the square in quite a beautiful town .. clean and spacious and the owners was a joy to deal with ( albeit through Italian )
We were also allowed to store out bags after check out which is always a help on trips
Not a lot .. not to like .. it was so lovely , that perhaps a balcony would have added to the feeling of luxury
3.0
Location was good, we didn't have breakfast because it wasn't supplied in the property and we had to leave before cafes were open. We had no contact with the owner or any staff. Difficult to get into. Not my idea of a B&B. No local information, map ect.
3.5
The location was great and the room was very clean. Very close to many bars, restaurants and mini markets. Handy for the Port and for the Old Town. Near the main beach too.
Storage space for clothes wasn't great but OK for our two nights. The breakfast included was a voucher for some basic items at a local cafe. This would have fine had we spoken Italian or they had spoken English but as it was we found it hard to order what we wanted. Wifi didn't really work for us but 4G signal was fine so it wasn't a problem.
The downside of the great location was that there could be quite a bit of noise from local bars. This wasn't a problem for us but others might find it so.

the location is great, it’s clean and comfortable, and the host was very helpful
5.0
Excellent location and how to access the room which was important as the bus arrival was at 20:45? The price point for the room was spot on and included a breakfast at a local café.
The stone construction made the room a little damp for our stay early in the season.

location and the apartment itself
5.0
Very central to the centre of town and not too far from the train station. A good sized apartment and very comfy bed. Enjoyed the breakfast croissant and coffee from the cafe a few minutes down the road. Good that it opened at 7am as we had an early train to catch. Quite easy to get in the apartment following the sent instructions. Termoli itself is a lovely place to wander around.
Very steep stairs to get up to the room.
4.0
The breakfast simple but sufficient in a nearby cafe. The room was also very nice and full value for the price, though with some technical problems.
There was a problem with the toilet and shower.
There was also a problem with double booking. Suddenly some people entered the room who also had booked it.
5.0
Excellent location, easy to access.

Owners were super helpful, check in information sent via text made it a breeze. The location is very convenient to both the old town and lots of shopping and restaurants. Public parking is just around the corner. We arrived on a Sunday, when it was free, but we needed to pay before 8:30 am Monday morning to avoid a ticket.
Breakfast vouchers are for a lovely cafe a few blocks away - the best cornetti we had on our two week trip!
There are steep steps up to the room. Nothing terrible, but if you have mobility issues you may have a little difficulty.

The breakfast was pretty good and location was very interesting.
I didn't only like the property but the entire Termoli, really wish to go there always.

Adequate overall
We upgraded from a double to a quadruple room at booking.com's prompt, for more space. We were instead given one with kitchenette but the kitchenette if used is another extra 25 euro!

apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed. Very close to the marina. Anica greeted us upon our very late arrival.

Location was great . Room was clean.
Room was small with limited space to use toilet pan as very close to wall. Shower cubicle small and even tiny Tim would struggle. Room was expensive and nothing like rooms on website, very disappointing. Would not recommend until you have seen what you are getting for your money.

What a sweet place! Great owner, comfy bed and excellent location. Though small, it worked fine for us because we were out and about, and we're not big people!

Location
Poor communications, bed too soft, steep stairs

great location, very clean
nothing
4.5
The sense of comfort of the room. The breakfast at the bar was exceptional
The cleaning staff knocked at our door 13 minutes before the check out. Since your breakfast service is at a bar outside, you may want to extend your check ou time.
4.0
Great location but, unfortunately, there was heavy rain while we were there so didn't go to the beach and most of the restaurants were closed or had limited facilities.
The room had a nice balcony overlooking the pedestrian street
The room size was quite generous.
Bathroom and shower good
No available parking close to the accommodation so parked in a car park but got quite wet walking back to the room
The bed was too soft so woke up with a slightly sore back
Stairs leading up to the rooms were very steep but 3/4 way up had to duck down to avoid the brick arch above
when the Landing light is turned on the light streamed into our room through an uncovered glass panel - quite annoying in the early hours of the morning when other guests are going up and down the stairs.
Breakfast was a coupon to hand in at a cafe where we were served a croissant and coffee

The location was perfect
a little noisy at night having the very central position near the premises and you can improve the general cleanliness of the room
