Oh dear! Maybe the room (#23) is OK in summer, but in winter, when the heating is on, there is a continuous thrumming noise which is really, really unpleasant. In addition, for us oldies, the stairs wee slippery and steep. Potentially dangerous, and very inconvenient for movement of luggage. Furthermore, the pathway to the room has a very rough, unmade surface, and is poorly (dangerously) lit in the part where there are a few steps. A few spots of black mould in the bathroom, and the bathroom door is noisy. Shower door is beyond hopeless, although the flow of hot water from the shower head was good. As for the 'Sea View' - grim might be the best way to describe it. All-in-all this room was disappointing, and far from being a bargain at this time of year.

The location was great and the staff were excellent. The room was large, clean and comfy.

The only food option was the rooftop terrace which was small and very overpriced.

Lovely view of beach and sea (but only after we asked to see a better room than the first one given to us). Lovely old town, lively new town. I’d certainly return to Termoli, but try another hotel diffuso or apartment next time. Room was well equipped and clean; small, but that was fine.

Dreadful breakfast: pastries had run out; a single jam crostata/tart and some small panini were on offer. No cereal, no yoghurt, no fruit, let alone a variety of usual Italian pastries, cakes and tarts. As for toaster or anything hot, no chance. Hotel knew how many people were staying, and could have catered accordingly. Incorrect check-in info in email from hotel when I asked where to park: “check in available after 16.30”, when door and website clearly stated 14.30. We were shown to a room near reception, rather than offered a choice. Had to insist on being shown a (much better) room. Not the usual Italian friendly hospitality or charm.

Smelly from the bathroom.

The rooms were clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the location in the old historic center.

We were a family of 3 adults traveling together. The Room had 2 sets of stairs with in the Room that was not described on line and this was difficult for one of our family members to reach the bathroom as it was up 2 sets of stairs within the hotel Room. This was not disclosed online. 1 of the bedrooms was up in a little loft and the air conditioning did not reach this area so the person sleeping there was not comfortable during the night. I realize Now with this property that all the rooms are different but this was not describe well during the booking process.
