Great location, host was really flexible and helpful during the stay. Really quite area away from the busy main street. Air con is strong enough to ensure the whole apartment is cool which is important when it's 30 degrees everyday 😀

The villa could do with an iron and ironing board for use

liked the location as it was close to our friends house. loved the pool and the air conditioning

the unit itself has potential, however appears run down and hasn’t been kept. some of the appliances either didn’t work properly or were too gross to use. the place didn’t feel very clean despite having it cleaned before arrival. the bed pillows are massive and not meant for sleeping on and no blankets are provided either.

Really large space in the apparentment. Easy access to the main road and a lovely beach. Its a massive advantage having a pool, as you can choose to come back there or go to the sea for evening entertainment. Its a social villa as well and for us that was a great benefit.

Nothing worth mentioning

Kitchen for sure, everything was there to used for cooking!!! And also the swimmingpool

Wifi signal was bad in the bedroom.

We stayed at Villa Riana for 16 days and have had such a lovely time, this is our second visit to Barbados, last time we had hotel apartment and that was lovely too but the difference with Villa Riana is the villa is very spacious, our patio doors open up to face the pool and have direct access to the pool so it’s so easy here, you can lounge by the pool and go in and out the villa at your leisure to eat, watch TV etc when you’ve had too much sun. The villa is spacious, has an aircon unit in the bedroom so always somewhere cool to go when too hot, kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself if you wish, great size fridge/freezer for a holiday home, great TV and WiFi in living room so if you want home from home this is better than a hotel apartment as from what I have seen of friends hotel apartments over here they are small in comparison to Villa Riana, we were not far from the beach, Oistins, St Lawrence Gap etc, even saw Monkeys next door which is great if you’re an animal lover

Mattress was not wonderful f you have back issues as it was very soft but it’s ok for time we were here.

I loved the location as it was only 15 minutes walk from the grocery store gym and even closer to the beach Great pool Super clean And Elsa was right there when I arrived very nice helpful and polite She did an excellent job All positive will come back Thank you Rick for always answering quickly and being veryaccomodatimg 10/10!!!
