Great location close to lots of restaurants. Very comfortable and charming apartment with excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities with a washing machine.

Blockout curtains to the bedroom would be a good idea at night. Many steep steps for carrying suitcases up and down stairs.

The apartment was very clean, quiet, well equipped and all in all very comfortable. It had everything we could think of. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town. Silvia was very friendly and contacted us immediately to arrange our arrival. I would automatically book this apartment next time. Highly recommended.

Sylvia was so helpful in meeting me to check-in and arranging a time to work with a bike event going on that shut down a lot of the city. She provided information where to visit in the area which was unexpected and kind. The apartment was spotlessly clean (I mean really beautifully clean) and had everything that we needed. The espresso machine was a joy! The location was fantastic, right in the center of old Cuomo. I loved listening to the sounds of the town with the floor to ceiling windows open.

We loved our apartment it was homely and in a great location. Silvia our host was fabulous so welcoming . We also loved Lago Como it is truly beautiful . The apartment is really one of the best we have stayed and we are traveling to many places .

This is a lovely, clean and very organized apartment in a great location! It is located in the Old Town of Como! It has air conditioning and nice big doors that open for light and breeze. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities one should need. The bathroom is very nice with a good size, very clean shower. The owner Sylvia is very responsive and helpful! There are several steep and narrow stairs up to the apartment that we knew about before booking! They were not a problem for us but this suite would not work for anyone with mobility issues. Sylvia was kind enough to carry my heavy bag up to the suite upon our arrival.

My only complaint about this apartment is that if you come by car you have to pay for parking just outside the old town. The parking is not far but is expensive. We parked our car and did not move it for the 3 nights we stayed there and it cost us an extra 72 euros.

Can be a little noisy late at night but then again it’s in the centre of everything.

It was amazing. The location is perfect and the accommodation is very comfortable.

The accommodation is on the 3rd floor with unusually high steps and very narrow. This is not too bad if you are not carrying anything up or down the steps but with luggage it is not easy.
