the view. the room was also nice. breakfast was great. the people at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. so different from the desk people.

very small tv and no channels we can use. only news channel in English. the hotel is too pricey for what offers for leisure. it’s worth for the view but we stayed in another place more friendly, nicer and much cheaper 😡

basically on an airstrip which there was no mention of at our booking. I would have cancelled this booking if I could go elsewhere. shockingly loud abd every 3 min a plane woukd arrive.

One of the best, most relaxing hotels we have stayed in! The balcony was incredible. The staff was so kind. It is right by the ferry and a nice walk to Cernobbio. 10/10

I would have liked this hotel to be a little closer (walking distance} restaurants and cafe’s, but other than that it was perfect!

the hotel, the location and the service was excellent. the view is unreal and the hotels waterside location means you wake up to the most incredible view of the lake and mountains. service was generally excellent but special mention to Mattia the concierge who is easily the best we’ve had anywhere. his service is exemplary and ensured we were very well taken care of. he is the difference maker who has ensured we will return. we get married on the lake later this year and have recommended villa Flori to our guests. thanks to mattia and the team for taking such good care of us.

The view from the Hotel over the lake is extraordinary; there is a boat stop next to the hotel to reach the city of Como in 10 minutes. The personnel is very nice and helpful. We greatly enjoyed the diverse breakfast buffet.

Location, room with balcony view was stunning. Room was clean and comfortable. The concierge called Mateo was exceptional!

- it felt like walking into a elegant era of years gone by - the common areas were all very well presented and exuded old school charm - breakfast had great options and the staff were incredibly attentive - short 15min walk into Como - waterside location with water views maximised throughout the hotel - stunning! - the lounge bar apertivo was incredible

- room was not as well kept as the common areas and carpet/paint could do with being updated

The view from the room is amazing. As well as the shower great, bed super comfy. The hotel is nicely styled and feels pretty luxurious. Nice breakfast and very pleasant staff during breakfast. Towels were lovely and every little details thought of. Overall, will definitely stay here again and felt like a very nice experience staying there.

Only downsides : The wifi was very poor, as well as the room being cold and the heating not working as it should.

Eveyrthing here is always so good. This is not our first time at Hotel Villa Flori. Polite and friendly staff, close to Como center/by walk, view of lake Como from the hotel is spectacular. bar of the hotel has good wine choices. I love their room service :) quick, always a sincere smile and helpful.
