Muy buena relación calidad precio. El propietario siempre pendiente de lo que pudieras necesitar. Una de las empleadas tuvo un trato excelente y probablemente uno se los mejores que he visto. Situado en una zona muy tranquila. Good net.
La presión del agua de la ducha es baja, la calidad de los colchones podría ser mejorada (muy duros). Algunas telarañas sobre la ventana podrían ser limpiadas. Las botellas de agua que te facilitan solo son para el primer día, no es algo que sea caro los huéspedes en un país donde el agua del grifo no se bebe lo agradecen.

Very nice staff
Organized a lovely warm dinner for us in our room because we arrived at 11pm at night and were very hungry, but the restaurant was obviously already closed at such a late hour.

I like how the owner/manager gave me a choice of which room I wanted because there were some empty rooms available. I chose the one with a soft bed.
I wish the shower heads were placed a little higher. To take a shower you have to hold the shower head and point it to the area of your body you want to rinse. Not a huge deal, but something I think is an area of improvement.

Good cost effective hotel in Mbale. Staff are very friendly and helpful. More or less clean rooms with a nice bed. My room (no.2) had good hot water with good pressure but it looks like it depends on the room since all my other colleagues had issues.
Wi-Fi does not work (understandable), small insects are stuck to the screen of the windows.
Credit card machine usually does not work so you need to prepare cash.

Ants in the food. Made me wonder about cleanliness in general.
One choice for dinner - take it or leave it. No water in the rooms - every other hotel inthe world gives at least one complimentarty water. No heater for water for tea or coffee.

My room was clean, shower was great. My favorite so far if I am not going for a resort.
It’s going to be my place and my family every time we travel to Mbale.
I just wish they served more fruits for breakfast.
Shower soap holder is missing.
Would be also nice to find a small refrigerator next stay loll.
Other than that it’s very tidy and comforting.
I like the fact that it’s near walkable distance from my family in Mbale.

Lovely, clean room and bedding. Bathroom a bit dated but clean. Shower has hot/warm water but is a handheld one so is not that powerful, but adequate.

I had a great stay at Lucia Villas. The manager was super helpful and genuine. The place was comfortable and recommendable for a visit to Mt Elgon.
