comfortable rooms and good facilities but the best thing about this hotel is the incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

The food was great at the breakfast and the Indian food we ordered was extremally delicious at dinner

Very Basic hotel , I expected more luxurious accommodation for the rate we paid. Staff at the front disk / reception are kind of lost , they need more training on hospitality.

The overall quality, from the room's furnishings to the dinners was excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I will defiantly return and recommend a stay at this hotel.

Awesome people and helpful, clean and comfortable bed, good food. The views from the balcony are amazing. Emmanuel and Denis were my stars.

Waiters should increase speed of approaching customers who come into the restaurant. Wait is too long.

The staff are proactive, friendly ,helpful and polite in terms of cleanliness all areas in the hotel are spotlessly clean, the view of Kampala at night is beautiful and they have ample basement parking. bathrooms are very nice with rain drop showers and they also go the extra mile and provide complimentary basic amenities like tooth brush, paste , shower gel, shampoo,etc which in my situation turned out to be very useful saving me the hassle of going to buy toiletries.

The air conditioning in the rooms is not effective I.e doesn’t cool the room enough for a comfortable night’s sleep. I also shared this with the front desk staff during a previous stay and they said they are working on it but quite evidently they have not done anything as I had the same issue during my stay this week.
