Very clean and staff are very helpful.

The staff are patience , helpful and most importantly friendly and polite
Unfortunately I had to cut my trip by one night and could not get a refund because the booking was made via Booking.com

its central location and friendly staff
the hot water tap in the sink did not work, which is a bit of a problem for such a high end hotel. I reported this to staff but it was never fixed. I was only there for 2 nights though and the room was otherwise good

The rooms were comfortable in their design. And I had a couple of great massages.
The manager twice tried to take advantage of me, financially charging me too much. When I confronted me backed off. Then he charged me too much in the end after all.

comfortable rooms and good facilities but the best thing about this hotel is the incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

The food was great at the breakfast and the Indian food we ordered was extremally delicious at dinner
Very Basic hotel , I expected more luxurious accommodation for the rate we paid.
Staff at the front disk / reception are kind of lost , they need more training on hospitality.

The overall quality, from the room's furnishings to the dinners was excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I will defiantly return and recommend a stay at this hotel.
