nice staff , safe location, good security, great breakfast and great roof terrace. The food and drink at the roof terrace is well priced and service is good.

The porridge at breakfast was not at times very good. As a person who normally only eats porridge for breakfast this was an important issue. The porridge was very runny and needed to be a bit more cooked.

very clean and the showers are great. comfrey beds and the staff are very attentive - nothing is too much trouble. we had laundry done and the service was brilliant - so much so that we more done the following day

the service in the restaurant on the roof too was quite slow and the waiting staff struggled to get the correct order a few times. the pool is very small and there isn’t really anywhere to sit around it and def not sunbathe if that’s what you want to do. the whole layout of the pool, gym and steam room and sauna is disjointed.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable not to forget the great location it is at. Their breakfast was really good with a wide variety to select from, their body wash and lotion are pure awesomeness and the beds are comfy. To the very helpful, friendly staff especially Kenneth at the reception, Sylvia at the breakfast restaurant, and Herbert at the rooftop restaurant, we say THANK YOU!

Get ready to sleep in a far from soundproof room, we booked a “suite” but still it was pretty small, small bed too. We also had to share our room and bathroom with geicos.. The food in the rooftop restaurant was barely eatable and we had to send back one of the dish to the kitchen. Unfortunately the waiter force charged us this dish that was absolutely not eatable. So we had to negotiate with the helpful receptionist at the check-out in order to fix this unfair bill. We asked for water at the breakfast and the girl wanted to charge us for it so we had to renounce to it. To be honest, the photos are overselling and i don’t know where this exceptional rating is coming from. For 150 dollars we can expect a much more comfortable stay especially in Africa…

Amazing stay in a very good hotel. K - Hotel didnt look very good from the view at the Victoria mall, but we decided to go and we will for sure come back. Realy 4 stars. All comments towards staff (after staff asking questions to improve) were directly taken into action.

Personel in the bar take too long to bring drinks and food and dont update about the time it takes. Food was not served together (like all uganda catering and restaurant service, theres much to improve. Dining in a restaurant is not a way to survive but fun together as well).

probably the best hotel in Entebbe, absolutely fabulous staff and customer service, delicious food at the restaurants, beautiful, comfy rooms with good AC that cools the room and the showers were a delight, with awesome strong water pressure and continuous hot water that seemed to be endless ! The entire staff treat you like family from the moment you walk in the door… The front desk staff (Benjamin and all others are so so terrific) to the awesome waiters and waitresses in the rooftop restaurant and downstairs breakfast room ( Martha and all the other outstanding servers were fantastic). The rooftop restaurant really has a magnificent view of Lake Victoria, and every night my family and I enjoyed sitting atop the restaurant and relaxing with an amazing view. this hotel is brilliantly managed, and the management should really be congratulated. this hotel is run and managed better, and is more warm and welcoming, than probably any hotel I’ve ever been to in the United States ( and I’ve been to many). kudos to the entire staff at K Hotels Entebbe! I will be back and I can’t wait for my next stay!!

Room looks very clean, good view of the lake from the roof top, located close to main attractions in Entebbe. It was great to have a steam and sauna facility, as well as a gym.

Saturday night music nearby last past 1 am.

walking distance from the mall and many other places and only a 10min drive to the airport made it the perfect place to rest before our long flight - staff where amazing special thanks to Phionah and her team for amazing hospitality

there was some renovation work going on near my balcony but staff were very accommodating about the situation
