Soleggiato, Family Beach Condo! Condominio arredato fresco e moderno in un edificio proprio sulla spiaggia. Stile di vita resort con grande piscina, tiki bar / ristorante direttamente sulla sabbia e la lista completa di servizi. Questo condominio con bagno privato con 3 camere da letto 2 è l'epitome dello stile resort che vive in un edificio che si rivolge al divertimento e all'intrattenimento per tutte le età! La cucina è completamente attrezzata per lo chef di casa e il tavolo da pranzo si estende fino ai 10 posti. Enormi finestre dal pavimento al soffitto nel soggiorno, la master suite e la stanza degli ospiti forniscono molta luce naturale per tutto il giorno, splendide viste sulla città e set scenografici davvero sorprendenti fino a sera. La suite principale dispone di 2 letti queen size, TV a schermo piatto da 40 "su supporto girevole. Il bagno en-suite è stato recentemente rinnovato con ripiani in granito, i suoi lavandini e una grande cabina doccia. La zona soggiorno offre due divani che possono essere portati a letti matrimoniali se necessario. We just returned from our incredible vacation at New Ocean beach condo and we cannot stop raving about it! It exceeded our expectations in every way.
The location was perfect and the amenities were top-notch. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to feel right at home.
Sally was an exceptional host, providing clear instructions, recommendations and prompt communication throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met such as getting a high chair ready and pack n play for our little ones before we even arrived to the property.
Don't hesitate to book this incredible property. You won't regret it!

This is a perfect location if you are looking for a relaxing yet busy vacation! There is plenty to do between the jet skis, tiki bar, and the beach. The owner was extremely flexible and amazing to book with. We comfortably fit 12 people in the condo. Fully recommend this place for a get away, we had the best time!

I couldn't have been happier I almost thought I was being pranked when the property manager contacted me to see if there was anything she could arrange such as transportation from the airport and if any groceries were needed.... Her husband Jon picked us up from the airport without a single trouble and when arrived at the condo he brought our luggage up while the cleaning crew cleaned... At this point we hit the tiki bar before heading to lunch since we arrived at 10 am... Great amenity to have and even better that they allowed us to leave our luggage ! The fridge was stocked the snacks were purchased and on the counter literally leaving nothing for us to do ! The condo had everything it said it would ! And Sally the property manager remained in touch the entire time to make sure our needs were met ! I honestly can't recommend this place enough !!!! They were such a pleasure to deal with! For sure recommend this spot for bachelorettes or girls trips!

A few notes to point out
*Shower in the double bed room leaks very bad which you did offer maintenance on however I don’t think it’s a easy fix as I think it involves tile work
*tv service was off and on (possible Wi-Fi issues)
* it seems the electricity defective. Random lights would turn off and on
*one bedroom thermostat cover was missing
* front door handle didn’t fully fill in the opening allowing for people to view in the room. Luckily we were able to utilize paper towels to stuff in the opening
Hotel employees were not very kind to condo renters but I do know you can not control that
Resort pool needs cleaning and maintenance.
I am not complaining but more of an fyi and observation however I do know the condo was affordable and we choose to rent it but I think general maintenance would make for a better overall experience

Overall the property was great and area was great. The communication was great with the staff and the manager. All very nice and helped us with early check in. But the front door to the unit was sooo hard to open and get closed. You had to slam the door numerous times to get the door closed it was not safe or easy to close. Also- they need to change the code on the door for each new person. We were sitting in the condo and randomly another group opened the door and knew the door code to get into the unit. That’s such a safety hazard keeping the door code the same all the time.

We loved staying at the Ocean Manor Beach Resort. Such a great location! Sally, our host, was so helpful letting us check in early with our luggage so we could go down to the beach since our flight got in early. Our condo was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels. There were also two beach chairs and a boogie board for us to use. The hotel was wonderful and the Tiki bar restaurant was great, too. There was also a wonderful Italian restaurant at the hotel and a little breakfast shop where you could get a wonderful cup of coffee in the morning and a muffin. Our grandchildren loved the huge heated pool. So easy to walk to McDonald's, Dunkin' Donuts and the grocery store. We can't say enough about our stay!

Amazing Condo! Everything from the location to the amenities were spot on. We loved that beach towels and chairs were provided. The communication from beginning to end was superb. One of our guests left an item behind and it was found and shipped to us immediately. We are so appreciative of that! The bars/restaurants onsite were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this place and we will be back!

The beach, pool, location, restaurants, and overall experience was great. The owners were the most attentive owners I’ve ever experienced. They were actually such a big part of the overall experience. They even took a grocery list and shoooed for us so the fridge was stocked when we got there including some extra effort to find certain items. There are a few things that need to be fixed in the condo but it worked out great for my family and everyone had a great time.

This property was perfect for our girls trip this weekend! The pool and beach front location are outstanding and the tiki bar is the cherry on top! There was enough space for all of us and we were very comfortable in our rooms. One thing to note is that they only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per room. With 8 girls for a long weekend this wasn't enough so make sure you grab extra when you arrive as the front desk will not provide any. Overall, I highly recommend!!

This property is everything that is advertised. 9 ladies went for my sisters bachelorette party and it was perfect!!! Plenty of room for everyone. I was always able to get communication with Cindy. Our flight got in really early and left late and she was very accommodating, we were able to get in our room early and stay late which let us have more time at the pool before we came home. The tiki bar was such a great place and the food was so good.

We were a group of 8 girls staying at the condo. It was perfect for us! The property manager, Sally, was amazing! She was very communicative, answered all my questions, and made sure our every need was met. The condo was sparkling when we arrived. The beds were all made and extremely comfortable. There were more then enough towels for all 8 girls to have shower and becah towels. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and cutlery. The location of this property was perfect. Beach front, able to walk to Dunkin/ grocery/drug stores. A short Uber ride away to some incredible restaurants but I’d highly recommend the Italian restaurant and the tiki bar located on site! 10/10 would recommend and would re book this property on a return trip to Fort Lauderdale.

PERFECT BACHELORETTE SPOT. I COULDN’T BE HAPPIER
Let me start by saying that if I could write multiple 5 star reviews for this VRBO, I would. I originally found this with my mom and one reason why we chose this one over others was because of the involvedness of the sweetheart host, Lauren. I booked this for my bachelorette, and my friends went behind my back to coordinate with Lauren to hire a decorator before our arrival. I walked into the condo and was completely shocked because it had been decorated so beautifully and I couldn’t believe Lauren was able to help make this happen. I cried happy tears. Besides the amazing host being so accommodating with replies to my questions and to my friends, the condo was also so CLEAN (says a lot, as I am germophobe) and very comfortable to sleep 9 girls. Plenty of space. If I have another group of this size I will be staying here again. Furthermore, the resort alone was more than perfect. The Casa Calabria restaurant was the best Italian food I ever had in my life, fresh non chewy calamari and the chicken parm melted in your mouth (this is a lot coming from an Italian American woman). They also had a piano singer and we danced during/after our meals. The tiki bar outside was such a fun spot. The pool was nice, and the beach is right out front. The severs on the beach were amazing as well. OH and Annie made the perfect vanilla latte and was a ray of sunshine at the coffee station in the lobby. Seeing her alone made my morning! I also want to mention there was a tropical storm but we were still able to enjoy ourselves to the fullest. There is not one bad thing I can say about this property and I have memories for a life time!

Fantastic Stay at Ocean Manor. Lisa our host was very accommodating and easy to access. We loved the set up of the condo. The location could not have been more perfect as we had the benefit of traveling to Ft.Lauderdale by the Sea or in town to Las Olas and Miami was also accessible. The amenities were fantastic having both a hotel and being on the beach. The food at the Tiki bar and drinks were amazing. I would definitely recommend this stay to those looking for all aspects noted above.

We really enjoyed our time! Great location (nothing fancy). Tiki bar is awesome. Would gladly return. The host was great at communicating.
Only complaint is that we weren't able to check in early or drop our bags so had to pay the front desk $10 a bag to hold them. Adds up and seems excessive!!!

Great location and Tiki Bar
Stayed here for 5 days to see a Patriots/Miami game and the setup was exactly as depicted on the website. Resort is older but the location is great with the Bamboo Beach Tiki Bar practically on the beach. Good drinks and casual food. Everything was in walking distance including Dunkin Donuts, a Winn-Dixie and a French Bakery that had good breakfast sandwiches. Even the 1 mile walk to Lauderdale-by-the Sea for Aruba Cafe and the Village Pump was easy. Would definitely stay there again. (would not recommend this resort for children)

Not up to par
The one shower door constantly leaked water all over the floor. We had to use some of the provided towels to keep the floor dry. There were issues with us trying to get new towels. The other shower door completely shattered while trying to close it, the glass wasn’t cleaned up until the next day and no attempt at a refund was given. It made it difficult for 9 girls to share 1 bathroom for a day. There were also no linens, pillows or blankets provided for the sofa bed that was listed online as a sleeping option.

Amazing weekend
A group of friends and I came here for a long weekend and had the best time . The resort was beautiful. Check in process was easy, we had everything we needed and I was able to contact Lisa and get an immediate response if I needed to. The tiki bar was fun and the food was very good and very reasonably priced. The Italian restaurant downstairs had amazing reviews but we didn’t get a chance to go. The location is close to many bars/restaurants and about 30 minutes from the airport. I would definitely book this location again. Zero complaints.

Spacious with good location
Listing photos are very accurate. Plenty of space in beds for our group of 10. Property is right on the beach and walking distance to several restaurants and the grocery store. This unit does not have a balcony or ocean view. There weren’t any beach chairs or toys like the welcome book mentioned, but we left 8 chairs we got at Walgreens. The hair dryer didn’t work, but Lisa brought a brand new one over quickly which was awesome! Overall enjoyed the condo, but there were two frustrating things during our stay 1) the strong and constant smell of weed in the hallway (occasionally would waft into the room, but went away quickly with the fan on) and 2) because of the Bamboo beach bar, they won’t allow you to take a cooler with drinks on the beach - we only ran into that on the weekends when there were security guards inspecting coolers. Definitely recommend going up to Lauderdale by the Sea - fun beach town with lots of restaurants and a fun boardwalk that’s only about a 15 min walk away.

Good for Young Adults
The place is what you would expect from an older ft. Lauderdale/Miami condo. The unit itself was nothing special but was very spacious and great for our group size. The best part was the location of the property! The tiki bar onsite was where everyone around town came to get drinks, so there was always a good party happening. Let’s also mention that the grocery, McDonald’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, and the liquor store is all within walking distance. Lastly, the owner of the unit was very nice and accommodating, especially when she let us into the room early and reached out to me to let me know! Overall, it was a great atmosphere for my girls trip!
