Dopo aver parcheggiato l'auto nel nostro parcheggio privato recintato, attraversa un grazioso cortile paesaggistico fino alla porta d'ingresso. Entra nel soggiorno arredato in modo confortevole e vedi la zona pranzo e la cucina alla tua sinistra. Procedere verso il corridoio e due camere da letto nella parte posteriore. Vedrai il bellissimo parco verde dall'altra parte della strada e puoi dare un'occhiata alla spiaggia e all'oceano dalle finestre della camera da letto.

The property is wonderful and literally steps from the beach! It is an ideal place for a quiet escape to the beach. Short walks to shopping and nice restaurants as well!

Summertime Scenes to Explore
A pleasant place, with views of the seashore. We enjoyed Mango Margaritas up on the balcony while watching the waves! Located near tide pools, salt marsh, and parks. We would definitely return. The management was responsive and helpful. Thanks for a memorable summer vacation.

We love Carpenteria. This was the first time we’ve rented. We usually stay with family. This was a nice little condo but we needed more bathrooms and a little more space for the six of us.

Fabulous Condo Across From Beach
This was a wonderful two bedroom condo steps away from the beach. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Claire was extremely helpful and offered suggestions on great local establishments. We will be back.

We were very happy with the condo. Everything was as listed, lots to do and across the street from Carpinteria State Park. Also as a side note the TV's actually got regular TV. Many times at other VRBO's we've only had wifi and no local TV channels. While we didn't spend a lot of time in the room we enjoy watching early morning news or late night TV. The home was well maintained and cared for. Everyone from the owner to the management company were very attendful. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.Bruce

Great Location
The property is in a great location, just from the beach, and a walk into town. The train stop is a few mins walk and $7 you can be in Santa Barbara. The pool etc. are very clean and well kept. The combined quite easy location with the choices to go into town or catch the train make this a very good place to stay. Driving, you are only a few mins from the 101 main road, 15-20 mins from Santa Barbara, couple of hours from LA. A nice relaxing location.

Avocado Festival & SpaceX Launch
We had the best experience at this property only steps away from the beach. This place was just enough room for our family of four to spread out and enjoy our time away from home. We utilized everything it had to offer, from making dinners in the well equipped kitchen, to removing little bits of tar "protip" with baby oil from the bottom of our kiddos feet from the beach. Conveniently located in walking distance to everything we wanted/needed for the weekend. Thank you so much for our mini-vaca!

Perfect little condo! Everything was in good condition, bathroom and kitchen have been recently updated. Literally steps to the beach. Complex is nice too, with a pool & hot tub, laundry, business center with printer. Carpinteria is a great, walkable town. 5 min walk to the Spot for the best burgers in the world!

Serene condo steps from the beach
This is a beautiful little condo tucked into a quiet and mature complex just across the street from Carpinteria City Beach. One of the nice things about it is that it deals in a lot of long-term resident rentals, so there is less chaos than some of the other rental properties in the area. The condo is well-appointed with comfortable living room furniture, brand new beds in the bedrooms, and a lovely updated bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need in order to make a full meal, or the condo is just a few blocks from the center of town, including Oaxaca Fresh, a great Mexican food restaurant, and Pizza Man Dan's, a new pizza place in town. Highly recommended for a peaceful, central stay close to everything!

Amazing gem in Carpinteria
This unit is perfect for a family to stay in. It’s got lots of sleeping options and a kitchen stocked with everything you need (you bring your own food). The building itself is really quiet and it’s literally a 30 second walk to the beach. The unit has no AC but it has ceiling fans which kept it cool enough. Another perk for us was the laundry facilities which has many washers and dryers. The pool and spa was also a big plus and was empty! We will definitely be coming back.

Excellent first impression.
So many good things to say about this property. Location is outstanding. Walking distance to everything. An abundance of supplies, bedding, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella. Some things I really liked. Shower rod over shower for wet swimsuits. Extra towel hooks everywhere so you don’t have to drape towels over chairs and hangers. Far enough away from the train that it didn’t really bother us. Cozy deck spot that looks toward ocean for eating. Convenient key pick up and drop off. Great restaurants and stores. Only wish my weather had been better but that is certainly out of Claire’s control. ;-). Claire is a fantastic host. Offers her number and great communication!

Family Reunion In Carpinteria
This unit was perfect for our needs. Spent Thanksgiving with family, the weather was perfect, amazing location, we may make this an annual event. The unit has been freshened up, very comfortable. The only complaint I have is the single ply toilet paper.

Perfect beach location. Close to it all.
The unit was perfect for our Thanksgiving family reunion in Carpinteria. You just can't do better with the location. We took in the lovely sunsets nearly every evening and strolls down town to shop or eat. We may want to make this an annual event. This unit appears to have been freshly updated and is very comfortable.

i wish they stocked it with enough toilet paper and paper towels. It only had two rolls and no extras in the cabinets. We had to supply our own for the weekend after we ran out. Minor but inconvenient

Clean, Updated, Walking Distance to Beach!!!!!
We loved our time here! Tile throughout kept it so the sand stayed outside at the beach instead of getting stuck in carpet, big plus!! We walked to town and to the beach daily, great location. Can't wait to come back next year!

An easy ramble to a beautiful beach
This condo was exactly what I was looking for in Carpinteria. It was comfortable, casual, well-appointed, and most importantly, steps from the beach and an easy walk into town. I parked my car for the duration of my stay, because you can walk to everything, including a grocery store. The property was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully remodeled. The central courtyard is green and peaceful and the other people who live there are respectful and many are full-time residents. With the shades on the front windows open, light from the courtyard enters the living room and kitchen and I barely had to use light fixtures at all! Really great place to stay in a lovely beach town that has remained charming and fairly sleepy.

Great location - ok accommodation
The apartment is very close to the beach and in a nice enough complex with a pool. However, the apartment is showing its age and the furnishings are a bit dark and shabby. The owner provided very helpful local information and her messages felt welcoming. We enjoyed our stay overall, but the apartment felt overpriced for what it was.

This rental is clean and comfortable. For the time your there it feels like home away from home. The management is a pleasure to work with. Getting keys and returning is easy and seamless. Highly recommend this place.

The location steals the show of the list of pros for this property. We parked our car in the gated parking lot and didn't use it once. As a mama with 2 littles under 5 I appreciated the plantation shutters for dark rooms for naps; the beds and couches were comfortable, the overall property was well maintained; we appreciated having extra beach chairs & sand toys provided; the linens were nice; plenty of storage...can't say enough good things! We will most definitely be back!! ❤️

Located right next to the state beach! Great field area and playground literally right outside the condo. Easy walking distance to local coffee shops, food and brewery. It has a gated parking area, which was nice. House was a perfect fit for us and our two kids. Was easy to get everyone out of the house and to the beach without needing a car. The complex is a little older than some of the new ones in the neighborhood, but it was kept up well and I thought a great value.

This apartment was exceeding our expectations. One of the lower priced rentals we could find. Comfortable, not luxury. Totally amazed over that every little amenity was there that you needed. Unusual when it comes to rentals. So close to beach and nice heatd pool and jacuzzi. Would defenitely stay again. Wall family
