Fantastic location. Good communication from staff. Accommodations were clean. Relatively quiet, despite being close to main roads. Staff were helpful and accommodating about special requests—we borrowed plates and utensils to eat our own dinner the first night, they let us eat breakfast outside on the patio in the morning.

Difficult to adjust the AC fan (so it felt drafty despite being able to adjust temperature. I finally figured out how to just turn the fan off, and we did ok that way). The host let me know there were no extra blankets I could use —again, this worked out ok once I figured out how to turn the fan off.

Nice location in New Kingston. The staff were incredible and gave us a lot of great advice, including connecting us with Chris who drove us where we needed to go for a fair price.

It’s a BNB but breakfast wasn’t included - which wasn’t a big deal.

Would highly recommend Eventuality B&B. It was very clean and secured. Sheresa, our host, couldn’t have been more helpful. She really made our stay more enjoyable. On our first night she brought us to a Jamaican street party, and the next day organised a taxi tour for us. We feel we got a real Jamaican experience and couldn’t recommend staying here more.

Comfortable, clean, friendly

I liked everything.

The hotel is in a very good location, very centric. The facilities were very housewarming and clean, the patio in the backyard was very pretty, specially at night with all the lights. The room is small but has everything you need and was very clean. The staff was very friendly.

That was my first time in Jamaica, I came alone to discover Kingston, and what an experience with Eventuality B&B in New Kingston. The room was ready before time and I really appreciated after my long flight , the room was clean and perfect with private restroom and bathroom, the bed so confortable and enough space in the room to put all my stuff. The owner Shereza and her mum were very kindness, and have a such sens of hospitality and so helpful. I didn’t know where to start visiting the city and Shereza put me in contact with Chris a very cool and kind tour’taxi who drive me all over the city' s spots and give me a lot of information about the history of the neighborhood we went to. My stay was short but I enjoyed every minutes I will definitely recommend this GuestHouse to all my family and friend Who wants to come to Jamaica and have a real Jamaican experience

Perfect location to remote areas

The Room! Make sure to ask for Bob's room as it was spacious. Also, Shereza the host and her staff. They were very welcoming and made sure your stay was comfortable. Shereza also went out her way to ensure we experienced the Kingston's night market event....something not a lot of hotel owners would do. The location is good too, walking distance to supermarket and a small town that can get you all the variety of foods you'd like. Eventuality can also make arrangements for taxi rides with 'Gupdap taxi services' if you need to get to places which are affordable compared to other taxi services. The place is secured with gates so is safe.

Nothing. It is a bed and breakfast residence with a common kitchen area. Despite so, the room had it's own microwave and fridge. It would be ideal if a boiler jug was included although the host, Shereza said she's working on getting it.

It’s a lovely gem in New Kingston - clean, safe, quiet, in an excellent location. Staff are very friendly and competent. This is my second time here and I’ll definitely be back.

No mosquitoe nets was a disaster. Please install mosquitoe nets on all room windows ASAP

Very good location, you are in New Kingston- walking distance from Knudsford Express if you are traveling by bus. Supermarket and restaurants nearby, good neighborhood . The backyard is very chill, the rooms are clean and the bed is confortable.
