The pictures do jot do this home justice. Cozy and comfortable as advertised. Interesting and beautiful decor, private, lush green large yard, large deck in a beautiful setting. Lots of amenities - you can tell great care has been taken care of this home! AND we had beautiful spot to watch the eclipse from! Great communication with the host.

This was my second time staying at this VRBO. It is within easy walking distance to the racetrack and Rocky's restaurant. It has a pretty back deck and yard. The owner just left us to do our thing. They even had fresh flowers in the house. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is perfect if you want a cozy place to spend time with family. It is easy to get to, walking distance to Oaklawn, and is furnished with everything you need. I would definitely recommend it.

We were looking for something close to all the fun things, but quiet. We definitely hit the jackpot! Neighborhood was quaint and very quiet. We would highly recommend and definitely will be back. My kids insist :)

We stayed at the property for five days, and it was absolutely wonderful!!! The home was very clean and the host Warren was very accommodating. We were able to have fun as a family, and the home was the perfect place for us to gather together. It was very cozy and warm! We will definitely stay again in the future! We really enjoyed our stay. It was like “home away from home”. Truly appreciated how clean and cozy the home was. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a church convention but seemed more like a weeks vacation. This house is so welcoming and relaxing. Was a wonderful week. Only one thing that would have made this stay better another week.

This home was very clean and there was a lot of attention to small details that truly made us feel welcomed as guests. The hosts went above and beyond and were great at communication as well. I highly recommend this home to families who want a get away to Hot Springs. It was just a 5 minute drive from the National Park visitor center and some great shops and restaurants.

This house was perfect for our annual Mothers Day trip for us😊 Master’s bedroom with private en suite was great for us. The house was soooo perfectly furnished and the area/neighborhood great! The location was perfect for Hot Springs attractions. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly-we had one of the shower curtains fall and were unable to get it back up. We called hosts, and even though they were out of town, they arranged for someone to help us-(at our convenient time) and he was there, kind and had it back up within a few minutes👏👏. Would definitely recommend this property and hosts!!!🥰

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming property that was close enough to the track that you could walk if you wanted to. The house was tastefully decorated and the outside seating areas very inviting. Warren and Denise made sure the house was well stocked and also had enough coffee, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. to get you by until you could get to the store. There was a large variety of family friendly movies to choose from as well. I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Hot Springs and I hope it's available next year when my family returns.
