Very nice place. Great location away from the Cocoa Beach madness. Initially didn't know the door code was listed on an email till I looked back at it. Thought there was more to the easy check in. Excellent parking and easy 1st floor access. I'll be looking to stay here next year.

This property is a GEM if you have little kids!
We just checked out after a 6 night stay. We had the best time. Our boys are 3, 6, and 8. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5.
It’s on ground level, super close to the beach access and also the pool. The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was updated and clean.
The property and pool were clean and well maintained.
The beach was beautiful, peaceful and not crowded at all.
The property manager was very responsive.
We will DEFINITELY be back!

We had a great experience at this property. The views are outstanding, especially for a ground floor. The lawn was perfect for our kids to run around and play during breaks from the beautiful pool and beach. The condo and grounds were immaculate. The staff are wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful week while staying at Paradise Beach Club. Our unit was on the first floor and the proximity to the beach and pool was exceptional for our family with two small children. Very pleased with the upgrades that had been done to the unit..kitchen was very nice. Would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful location
Location was great, just steps from the beach and pool. But the sofa and loveseat need to be updated, as the mattress on the pull out sofa was very very uncomfortable!

Steps from the beach
Beautiful property - perfect for 4. Pretty much had the beach to ourselves - very peaceful and lovely. There’s an unsightly fence blocking a perfect view of the ocean but that’s visible on the site and it appears it won’t be permanent. Close to cocoa beach for good places to eat and a more robust crowd on the beach if that’s your thing! We had a wonderful time and would absolutely come back! Thanks!!

We were in between selling and buying; decided staying on the beach would be super nice. Indeed, it was. Cocktails on the patio in the evening looking at the ocean and watching the dolphins go by.

Great Condo in Satellite Beach
We had a great time and the condo was everything we were expecting it to be. Great location and gorgeous views! We flew in from Washington state and the condo had everything we needed for the beach…2 beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella. We had 3 adults staying in a 2 bedroom, so 1 more beach chair would have been nice, but we really appreciated the items we had. We would recommend this to anyone looking to book a sunny Florida vacation.

This location was perfect for our family.
We especially enjoyed the short walk to the pool and beach so bathroom runs were easy.. The view of the ocean was great from our unit and the green lawn right outside our sliding door gave the kids a place to run and play. The unit was comfy and clean and we had everything we needed.

On the Beach, great pool and dog friendly!
We really enjoyed our stay at PBC #111. We travel to the area a few times a year to visit family and will definitely be back. We appreciate the property manager accommodating our Bernese Mountain Dog that we always travel with, he didn't enjoy the Florida heat, but loved the air conditioning and being with his family! It is important to note if traveling with pets that they are not allowed on the grass. The property has two fenced in dog areas. Very clean and easy to use. The dog area closest to unit #111 is for small dogs. The large dog area is on the other end of the building. The pool is located nicely so that it receives a lot of sun, but has a significant amount of shade (my husbands family is Irish and they prefer shade!). The beach is right there also. Great time and great accommodation.

Our stay at Paradise Beach Club was not disappointing! We loved the location of the condo. We loved looking out the window or sitting on the patio and watching the ocean. The beach was just a few steps away which we took advantage of and walked everyday. The questions we had were answered in a vey timely fashion by Drew or John (on site manager). We definitely plan to return to this location for a nice get away from the Minnesota winter!

The only thing we found, and it’s not a negative just a preference, that the mattress on the beds was a little uncomfortable. Besides that we had a great stay and will definitely return.

Meet all our needs . Enjoyed sitting on the ground floor porch and viewing the ocean.. Spacious and comfortable condo . Pool was large and close. Pool water temp fluctuated , some days cold others warm and wonderful .

Wonderful location literal steps to the beach!
We absolutely loved this condo. It was well appointed, stocked and in good condition. Family of 6, 4 adults 2 kids. Plenty of room. The best part was how close we were to the pool and beach. It was literally our backyard. Open the sliding door, walk 50 steps. Enjoy pool and beach. That easy. We appreciated the use of boogie boards, umbrellas and chairs too! One less thing to pack or rent. The water is clear and the sand just beautiful. We can't say enough. If you're looking for a child friendly/family/couples location, this is perfection. It was like having a private backyard just steps from pool and ocean, with a big grill and picnic table. Not over crowded at all. Quiet, safe location for everyone. We will be back!! *the rental company was amazing btw. Communication from day one. Easy peasy.

Nice View
Loved the view and that it was first floor. Room could have been cleaner, tubs didn’t drain well so you were standing in dirty water while showering and barely if any hot water in bathroom sinks, mold in the corner of the shower, and dirty dishes left in cabinet, front door only works if you lift up on it. Convenient to shopping. It is a very pet friendly place however the pet walks are all sand and not just my pet but other pets staying there are not use to doing their thing in sand and the place doesn’t allow pets on the grass so your only option is to walk your pet down A1A which is a very busy road not happy with that. The pet walks are good for taking your pets to play outside but that’s about it. Then you have to clean them up after because of the sand.

Our stay at Paradise Beach was a wonderful experience. We had everything we needed and many shops/restaurants were within walking distance. The place was very well kept. We were especially impressed with Drew's response to a bedding need--someone showed up within 10 minutes of the phone call! We also liked the quiet area--people respect the quiet times and the dark times for turtle nesting. Great views and great time. Can't wait to go back next year to the same place.

A perfect quiet getaway out from the beach crowds!
We wanted someplace to go away from the typical beach crowds and de-stress. This was the place to come. The location was ideal as you could travel north to Cocoa Beach restaurants or South to Melbourne restaurants. The condo itself was comfortable and felt like home.

Perfect location
Myself,My husband and my toddler stayed here and it was perfect.! The location was ideal on the beach, the green space outside the unit was safe , surrounded by a fence so our little one couldn’t access ocean without us going thru a gate, along with the pool , was a relief and made the stay relaxing , the unit had all our needs. It was truly a nice enjoyable place to unwind and have both the ocean and a pool just feet away . We shall return next year to this unit. Drew was quick in his response to any inquiries we had, and provided tips for activities to do in the area . Thank you Drew !
