Hallway bit dark

Great location and staff and it managed the impossible: quiet nights in a Spanish city.

The room is very nice, modern shower, there is a coffee maker in the room. Excellente internet. On the one hand, the location is good, not far from the city center (Pl. Moya), on the other hand, close to the train station, which is always not very safe

This is a completely digital hotel, without a person. Even though everything is going well, the presence of a humans provides a more reliable feeling, especially when you return late.

No life contact with anybody but that is part of the booking. Codes arrived in time on the phone

It was clean, but that's not exceptionally rare. However the cleaning lady was very nice, enormous warm smile and so welcoming. It's walking distance from a lot of things but then again everywhere is walking distance in Bilbao

I cannot stress this enough: the room - is TINY: there's about 40cm width around the bed, and that's about it. I had to put my *cabin* suitcase on the floor in the corner (because there was literally no other place I could put it, and that basically blocked part of the bed. - has no privacy: shower is sea-through-glassed and toilet is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding glass door: if you're going there for your honey moon, leave romanticism on the plane. - is just that: a room, I was expecting some lounge area outside the room where you could relax and meet people: nope. The entire appartement has been converted into the maximum amount of rooms, leaving no space for anything else. Depressing as F - is not for the vertically challenged: I was okay, but the shower "electronic fancy" tap, whil impressive, was waaaay too high off the floor. I'm tall and it was at the level of my head. I have small friends who would've been incapable of turning on the shower. Also: no place to HANG the towels to dry. - it's a HOLE: it's on the first floor, the single window, ADVERTISED AS "Vue sur cour intérieure" (view on an interior courtyard) just opens on a hole of 6 or 7 stories high, I felt like a prisoner in a dungeon. that is NOT what you call a courtyard, this is just false advertising. As is the "minibar": there was no minibar, there was a mini fridge, which was empty and turned off AND left closed, which anyone would tell you is a bad idea : I opened it to check on my first day, the smell was foul, and filled the tiny room, and took a day to clear because the window only opens to a hole so no air circulation! - is insanely expensive: roughly a hundred euros per night in a dungeon cell with no natural light. - entirely virtually managed: you never meet anyone to check-in or checkout

Comfortable and convenient place in a good location to see the city

The room is located close to the old center. Compared to other options in Bilbao, the price was very good. (Although after staying I wouldn't pay more, I would say it was a fair price). It is worth if you are staying for a night or two especially if you don't spend too much time in the room.

The room that we got was like in the pictures however the lighting is totally different as there is only a blind window which you cannot really use as other rooms can see through it. So although the room is equiped with the basics and is modern white, it feels quite dark and claustrophobic.

Room was clean, tidy and ideal for a solo traveller. Good central location

A modern style apartment, which felt clean and fresh, with a very comfortable bed. Although being close to quite a busy road, the apartment was very quiet.

Room was very well decorated and had all the necessary amenities. Very quiet, great bed and all very cleaned and well maintained in all 3 days of my stay.

The thing that I least liked was the fact that the room didn’t have much natural light.

Everything was clean, the shower was nice and the bed was comfortable.

It smelled a lot of cigarettes, in the towels and the sheets even, we had to keep the window open in the winter to get rid of the smell.

Somewhere to store your luggage if you leave after check out time would be very nice!

Location and cleanliness of property was excellent. Great value for money.

The booking in process to access entry to the apartment was extremely complicated and should be improved.

There were no instructions to check in emailed to me or on my booking.con profile. There was no one there, even at the specified checkin time. The sheets were dirty and the window coverings that were taped to the window were coming off. The fridge that was in the room didn’t work very well. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We left after one night and didn’t get any refund (which was fine as that was their policy) but buyer beware. We found a better, cheaper (and safer) option and left.

Really clean, central location and quirky but lovely and comfortable.

I suppose it’s not for everyone to have a single access point you may be sharing with strangers.

Bed was very comfortable and snow white bedlinen. Air conditioning good.

Room was very small and not what was shown in photo and no exterior view. The floor surrounding shower was worn and wet as it is laminate wood and no matter where you stood the water escaped.
