The only thing we liked was the location and the rooftop pool.

Well, there are rooms with windows but the view you would get is either walls or roof of some other property with no proper ventilation. The deluxe king rooms are so compact for the price we paid.

perfect location, right on the Khaosan road, our room was facing the other side of the building and we couldn’t hear anything at night time. the rooftop pool is really nice where you can chill during the day.

The hotel is in a very central location - in fact, I hadn't realised just how popular Khao San Rd is! Considering the busy street and sheer level of noise outside at night, I was amazed by how quiet the room was. We slept well, totally undisturbed. The staff were not only friendly and helpful, but we were also allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated after a long flight and sleepless night beforehand. Sadly, we didn't get to use the pool.

We didn't have the greatest view from our window (internal, facing another room), but I wonder if we might have got a better room had we checked in when we were supposed to.

the pool area was very good. If you are looking for a place to just sleep-off the dancing and partying of the night before than this is your place. The staff were very helpful and great at helping with changing our room.

The hotel pictures on booking.com do not reflect what a standard room view is really like. There are very few rooms that have a "view". Most rooms have either tiny windows or look into a shaft alley. We do think that the booking.com should list more information in the room information about limited views or if the room has a porthole window.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room upgrade was fantastic. Lovely room with a view of the Royal Palace. Great shower and good bed. Storage for our bags until we return is a good service. Central location on the Khaosan Road but the room was quiet. Highly recommended.

Staff gave us a wrong room and didn't want to change it for the one we paid for. Had to go and talk to them three times to show pictures of what we pre-booked. The hotel is located on the noisiest street but facing the other way, it's actually not too bad. Bring ear plugs though.

Relatively close to some main attractions, the pool was nice.

Room was not cleaned at all, there was a sheet with 'every day schedule for cleaning' which was not followed at all. Shampoo bottles were refilled with water the last 5 times. Property is right next to one of the busiest night life low life streets, which should be mentioned, it's pretty loud up to around 2am, theres drunks and junkies everywhere.

Great pool. Right in the middle of Khao San road but surprisingly not that loud.

No closet or space to unpack. Room cleaning has to be requested otherwise they will just skip the room. Comfy beds.

It was super loud. it’s right next to super busy party road (am I supposed to just know that going to Bangkok first time?) and there was a hole in the wall!! so it was very loud in the room all the time.
