Located a walking distance to MOA. Had a small veranda facing MOA. Pool and parking space were available for a fee. Compact unit comfortable for maximum of 3 adults. Fairly clean but sofa needs vacuuming. Water pressure was strong. The receiving staff was very accommodating and amiable.

Beddings provided were not enough. We reserved for 2 adults, a teenager and a 12 yr old. Hence, pillows and blankets, at least, should be 4 sets as with other air bnbs. But only 3 pillows, one blanket and 2 towels were provided. Sofa bed had no beddings. We found a blanket inside the closet which we gave to our teenager who slept on the sofa bed and just used the small throw pillows. The rest of us shared the bed, 3 pillows and the one blanket. Fortunately, we brought our own towels. No provision for dishwashing soap. Microwave was dirty. Had to clean what I could using our own bathsoap. Receiving staff did not live nearby and no contact number was given. So we had to go through Carol for everything. Inquired via sms to check in an hour early at 1pm. No reply until 2pm, for which I waited out of courtesy. We had to go through Carol again when we had to check out early (knowing we had to leave the keys with the receiving staff who lived remotely). Unfortunately, Carol wasn't easily accessible yet again. Sent her an sms message an hour before we wanted to check out, but she didnt respond. Called her as we were checking out to raise some matters that needed to be settled but she didn't pick up my call.

10 mins walk to MOA, You pay at the property which I prefer. Nice warm shower. There were towels.

Didn't like the smell of the sofa pillows. Pls put covers on them specially the black one.

The room was spacious

Toilet and bath has a leak but it is passable (considering the price)

Carol is very friendly and will assist you to have a smooth check-in...the unit is clean...best of all, it is just a walking distance to MOA arena, perfect for staycation to watch concerts...

We just had difficulty with the hot and cold shower...either too hot or too cold, can't find the right combination...
