Clean, very friendly and helpful staff, not far from the beach and center. We had an excellent time as a family.

The hotel is located in a quiet area and depending on your room direction you will be able to see the sunrise or sunset. The staff are friendly and Pantachou beach is a short walk away via a footpath next to Melissi Hotel. Loved the balcony too!
The shower drainage is a little clogged so water will accumulate on the shower area.

Very good location... very close to the center (a few minutes on foot). 5 minutes to a beautiful sandy beach... a public transport stop right next to the hotel... you can travel around the coast by bus or you can rent a motor bike right next to the hotel. The hotel also has a fantastic, clean swimming pool. It was never crowded. We spent a lot of time there with our daughters.
And above all, very nice personel... the owners are fantastic and helpful. We felt at home.☀️

Gaia Sun N Blue Hotel definitely impressed me. It is situated in a great location in Aia Napa, so getting around was super easy. The municipal beach being just a 5-minute walk away was a major plus for me – no need for long treks or car rides to enjoy the sea.
The rooms are nice and comfortable. Cleanliness was on point and everything you'd expect to find in a good hotel room was there. The reception team was super helpful throughout my stay; and a big shoutout to Olesia, standing out for her friendly approach.
I also want to give special credit to the Managing Director, Petros, who apparently pours his heart and soul into the hotel. His dedication to maintaining a high standard of service and his genuine care for the well-being of his guests really set Gaia Sun N Blue Hotel apart.
Thank you to the entire team for making my vacation relaxing and memorable!

Its a great location, super friendly staff, the room was modern and spacious
And really quiet.
The room was very hot on the 5th floor so the AC was not sufficient at all.
The breakfast was mediocre at best, the sun loungers were a bit poor quality, the rest of the hotel did not have AC.
The room smelt funky after cleaning one day.

Amazing service. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Great facilities, super clean and spacious rooms. A big thank you to Alex for always making our stay so mémorable.

It’s a family-run hotel where the whole family keeps working non-stop to meet your needs at all times. It’s perfectly clean and really comfortable! The staff are exceptional, i.e., when they saw us coming to breakfast or dinner, they rushed to bring us small cutlery that our two-year-old could eat with. The food was really good and varied. Everything was just wonderful and we will definitely stay there again!

Such a beautiful clean hotel .it looks very new hotel .what I like very special is the location of the hotel which is a bit far of the centre ,it means that the Area is quite, meanwhile the walking distance to the centre is 7 minutes walking. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is very good .
I will recommend it for all my friends.

The rooms are pretty and comfortable. The pool area is clean and nice with a bar with food options as well. The beach is close by and there are shops right outside. the main street in Ayia Napa is only a 5-10 minute walk. We had a really nice stay here for 9 nights. The staff are super nice and good people. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Ayia Napa.
There should be a bit more variation on the breakfast buffet from Day to Day. It was still very good though, just got a bit repetitive after many days.

the room cleaning service was poor. I stayed 4 nights and had to insist on getting the only towel I had available changed at least once.

- 15 minutes walk to the party zone, so at night everything was quiet.
We are really happy with our choice and can't wait to return.

- parking lot did not seem to big, but there was always a spot free for us to park our car (probably because most hotel rooms were not occupied);
- breakfast was fair, given the price paid, and you could serve it either inside or outside (by the pool).

Our room was beautiful, looks quite new, we’ve had great views over the sea and the hills. Bed was comfortable, staff was nice, location good, I guess 10 minutes away from the center, and silent area and we’ve had free parking. it’s a pity that we stayed only one night…
As a minus, I had to use the ironing room, where I had a bad experience for my husband’s expensive T-shirt :)) both the ironing table and the iron machine were old, dirty and full of rust as can be seen in the picture.
The receptionist said they have not been informed about this before and they will take it into consideration…hopefully next year I come again and will be new :))
