Noisy complex because of the young people vacationing in the nearby houses Also there is a problem with spiders ! You need to bring an exterminator! The Wi-Fi was not working in the basement and top floor !

Convenient

The unit had major maintenance issues. The bbq was damaged had to rebuild it. The electricity kept tripping. The dishwasher did not work. The unit is in dire need of maintenance. For the price one would expect proper Maintenace. Poor show

Great location. Villas are coolly equipped, have everything for music, barbecues, swimming, cooking at home, etc. Plenty of room, air conditioning works well. Host tries to resolve issues quickly (Arina, thank you)

Two things drove us mad 1) Cockroaches. There are a lot of them. At one point there were so many that they were even in the bedroom. After we showed this - we were moved to another villa. It was better and it smoothed the impression, although there were cockroaches there too. But there were significantly fewer of them. 2) Noise. In the neighboring villas were constantly drinking until morning. People were singing, shouting, playing music. So I can't recommend this place at all for a vacation with the family. Almost every night we had to ask our neighbors to keep it down.

The villa has a nice location, close to the beach and restaurants

I have been to Cyprus 8 times and this time there was the most terrible service 1. The villa needs renovation. Doors and beds creak. 2. There's mold in the tub 3. The drain in the bathtub did not work and the door did not close, the technical service came only after two weeks 4. The technical service came during our absence without warning 5. Every night and every day the neighbors had parties. The music was playing very loud, they were shouting and having fun. It is not possible to sleep 6. It was very noisy from 20.00 to 4/5 in the morning. The administration pretended that nothing was happening and did not solve the issue with noise in any way 7. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathtub. When we complained to the administration, they said that it was mosquitoes. 8. The villa administration is not interested in the comfort of guests.

the location is perfect. Close to the sea, shops,restaurants. The villa has everything you need and more. The pool area was great.The crew was friendly and was always there to solve any problem that came up. A perfect place for a family holiday.

The furniture is a bit out dated. The rooms and bathrooms downststairs could do with a little renovation.

the sauna, the tennis table, and the pool bar, and they had all the BBq equipment.

The communication with the hosts could have been better, Their response time was very long, nevertheless, they still answered.

The location is great. The house is comfortable and you have everything you need for your holiday. The outdoor area is great. We love it.
